Chapter Eighteen: The deal.

As soon as Cayden sighted Lilian coming out of the private room, he quickly step forward and look at her worriedly, then step aside for her to pass and he walk beside her to his Rolls-Royce Sweptail, he gentlemanly open the co-pilot's door for her and place his palm over her head, to prevent it from hitting the roof of the door, and then he closed the door and turn around and sit, he look at her calmly as his face approaches hers as if he's going to kiss her, which caused Lilian to tense up and her heart was in her mouth, holding her breath as she instinctively close her eyes, but did not evade his advances.

Seeing her like this, Cayden's heart skips a bit, he stares at her pink plump tempting lips, hungrily as his Adam's apple rolls many times, then he quickly buckle her seat belt and sit back heavily in his seat and rest his head lazily on the seat's rest with his eyes closed exhaustedly and sigh hard. Only then did Lilian understand that he was only trying to help buckle up her seat belt, she felt so embarrassed at her over reaction.

The worst part of it, she didn't even try to reject him, isn't that means she is too pushy and easily accepting his advances. Lilian was so angry with herself and regretted her behavior just now. Cayden realize that he made her feel uncomfortable, he gently sooth the back of her hand to calm her down as he said, I'm sorry. Lilian look at him with her brow raised up, expecting him to say more, Cayden look at her and said, it was my fault, I was carried away and almost kiss you.

Lilian's face turn as red as tomato as she shyly frown and scold him, Derek what are you thinking about? If you keep saying this I will ignore you. Cayden shocked, as he quickly raise his hands up and said, it's my fault, I'm sorry I won't say it again. Please don't ignore me. Lilian couldn't pretend to be angry anymore and burst out laughing as she balled her palm and hold it on her lips trying to lessened her laughter. Cayden looking at the beautiful dimple and seeing that the awkwardness has less, he sigh in relief and smile, then start the car and drive away.

Just as Cayden left, Perry who is been watching not far away, see as the Russell guy kiss his Lilian, and how they laughed happily and drive away. He regretted that he never realized his feelings towards Lilian on time, or he realized it but he was too confident that no one can take her away from him. And she can never escape from his grasp. If only he had expressed his feelings to her and treated her with so much respect, she might have love him back.

Perry really wish he could turn back the hand of time, he will work hard to win Lilian's heart rather than forcing himself on her. And now she obviously hate him. Perry doesn't want to believe that he had lost Lilian forever, because just the thought is suffocating. As he felt a twinge of pain in his heart, as he hold his chest and he squeeze his face in pain. Just then he heard a very melodious voice sound from behind, excuse me. Perry frown as he turn his head and see a very beautiful and enchanting lady, almost the same age as Lilian, may be she's two or three years older than Lilian.

Well she's not any worse than Lilian, in fact she is fairer and have a long waving silver hair and light brown eye balls. She smiled and stretch out her hand and said, I'm Nina Oakley and you must be Perry Jerome. Perry is not surprised to hear that, but he is already becoming impatient, because he just felt that she is being so noisy and he look at her feeling irritated and yell at her, get out of my sight! Nina quiver for a moment, and then she smiled calmly as she watch Perry's back heading towards his car.

She said boldly, I have a way to get Lilian Asienwegher back to you! Perry freeze just as he stretch out his hand to open his car door. Then he slowly turn around and face her, as he take slow steps towards her and Nina do the same, as she continue speaking, I know that you're very rich and powerful, but I assure you that Lilian is well protected, and you will never be able to get close to her. But you can make her come to you willingly.

Perry's eyes lit up, even though it's too flashy to believe, but it's too sweet to think about it. And Perry really want to belief it, he look at Nina suspiciously as he scrutinizes her up and down, and snort as he said what do you want, and why should I believe you? Nina didn't seems to bother with Perry's behavior and smile calmly, then cross her hands across her chest and look at him confidently and said, who I want is Derek Russell, just as you want Lilian Asienwegher.And the only way to get my man back, unless Lilian is out of his life, and you're the only one who can fight Derek once she's in your hands.

Perry realize that, they both are in the same boat, and if she truly have a good idea as she claims, that would be great! Then he look at Nina Oakley and ask, so how do you plan to achieve that? Nina sigh in relief and give him a calm smile and said, can we sit somewhere else and talk? Perry nods, then they walk into the private room and talk.

Nina look at Perry seriously and said, base on the information I read about Miss Asienwegher, she just turned Twenty-two years last week. Perry nod, it was three days left to her birthday when he came to Atherton, and he sincerely wish to celebrate her birthday in a grand way. Nina take a deep breath and continue, but the most important part in her life, she has never had any friend, except a cousin who sold her to you. Perry look at the beautiful lady in front of him and realized that she is not simple, and his kind hearted Lilian can never be a match for her.

Nina didn't mind about what he maybe thinking and continue, but now she has a very good friend whom she loves and treats like her sister. And as kind hearted as Lilian Asienwegher is, she won't sit back and watch you harm her only friend whom she regarded as a sister, even though it means sacrificing herself, she will do that to safe her friend am I right? Perry's eyes sparks with lights as he smiles, and nod yes she's absolutely right! Then they shake hands and snaps their fingers and said, deal! Deal! And smile impressively.

That's his Lilian, she will never sacrifice even her enemy to save herself. Soon Perry burst out laughing as he propose a toast to Nina. Soon the most expensive wine in the hotel which cost fifteen million dollars for a bottle, was soon brought to them, Perry raise up his goblet as Nina do the same, he said for happy cooperation, Nina nod and said, for a successful cooperation. Then they click their glasses and drink in one gulp.
