"You really are something," Mr. Doran said. "I would love it if you came to our hotel's grand opening."
"I would love to," I told Matthew. He smiled and kissed the back of my hand. Everything went smoothly with him. We made a deal to protect him from Adriano and only take 25% off his profit from his hotels which was a better deal than Adriano's 75% take. I wasn't excited to go to the hotel's opening though. I was worried I would into my angry husband. I knew he would try to take back Matthew's business. I didn't want to be caught in the middle of that feud because I knew he already had it out for me.
