Violet's POV
The way back to Peter's pack, Moon River pack, was a lot quieter than the way to my old pack. Peter had seen a lot that I wished he hadn't seen. He knew I needed my space without me having to tell him.
He talked occasionally. He mentioned that he liked my friend and that she was more than welcome to visit me. He talked about how things would be different now.
"For one, you don't need to wash the dishes, unless you really want to," he teased me. "Another is that you will have a much bigger room. It is right next to mine. Of course, we will probably just stay in one room."
That got my mind focused on something completely different! My face turned red. He had only touched me a little and our kisses were getting steamier, but I had a feeling that there was more to learn.
