Meanwhile, back on Altuna, Hermann was busy arranging for her escape from what she had already decided was a plan gone bad. It wasn’t her fault; she kept telling herself as she wandered the passageways of Altuna, seeking what she had decided was to be at least two attractive females to use as hostages, should she need them in her escape. She found what she was looking for as she rounded a corner in a hallway not far from her own cabin. Two pretty crewwomen, Campbell and Gossett, the pair that had threatened Groff, were entering a cabin that Hermann had not noticed before. They had their backs to her.
