We make our plan in the grey hours, and then we start to move, and moving feels better than waiting ever did, even when what we're moving toward is terrifying.
The logic is simple, even if nothing else is. Cass thinks he has until the end of the season. He thinks he holds all the cards, that we're still waiting in the dark being hunted, that I'm still a frightened girl and Evan's still a runaway heir too scared of himself to fight back. Every piece of his plan is built on patience, on the assumption that he controls the clock. So the one advantage we have, the only one, is that he doesn't know we know. He doesn't know Will turned.
