JADEN'S POV ~ I went inside the kitchen to bring my mom, to meet her. but when I returned she had left. Oscar and Asher filled me with the information, that she ran away weeping. I was in dilemma, a wave of mixed emotions made me go crazy.
One side I was insanely happy to know that she loves me the same way I love her. On the other side, I was worried that she will harm or hurt herself.
CASSANDRA's POV ~ Each and every step I took towards the waterfalls was like, losing every piece of me behind.
Yeah! I was loving him with each and every cell of my body , that he became the reason for my heart to beat. Now, I am going to destroy myself.
Suddenly, a hand touched me from behind, when I was about to cross the country's border Gates, and
I don't want to turn to know, who it was....
CASSANDRA:- DADDY!!!! { I Melted in his arms, the only shoulder available for me, now, to put down my pain.
KING DARIUS MARSEFONE:- Baby girl!! what happened my dear child?? Did some one hurt you?? I swear to be his death, if somebody hurted you!!!
CASSANDRA:- Dad, I was hurted by a person, whom I can never hurt...nor I want you to hurt that person.
KIND DARIUS MARSEFONE:- Is it because of JADEN????
CASSANDRA:- Dad!!??? ( puzzled ) How did you....??
KING DARIUS MARSEFONE:- I knew that, you always had a secret crush on Jade, and you know, I always wanted his hands for you!!!
CASSANDRA:- But dad, you were the one who sent him to training, away from me.
KING DARIUS MARSEFONE:- My dear!! Jaden is a son of soldier. I can't give you to a person who is not capable of handling a kingdom and hear the gossips about Jaden all around the country.
So, I thought to prove his worth and make him my son forever. I sent him to training and made sure that he training is multi talented to make him stronger both physically and mentally to rule a kingdom.
CASSANDRA:- But, dad! he cannot be your son inlaw.
KING DARIUS MARSEFONE:- WHAT!??? why my dear chikky??did he turn you down..!??...
CASSANDRA:- no, HE IS MARRIED!!!!
CASSANDRA'S POV~ My father started to laugh like a child. He stared at me with pity and joy. There was an unknown reason, which made me feel like a abused child..I got angry.
CASSANDRA:- Enough dad!! Here your daughter is in pain of losing her love life , and you, none the less happily smiling about it??
KING DARIUS MARSEFONE:- Dear, is there anyone in this country, especially a soldier, who can marry without the presence of his king.??
CASSANDRA:- What are trying to say, father?
KING DARIUS MARSEFONE:- He is just trying to test your love for him my dear. And I feel pity for my daughter , who fell for his act...( laughs )
CASSANDRA:- But ,he said his wife is pregnant and there was a pregnant woman in his house!!
KING DARIUS MARSEFONE:- I don't know anything about it but I'm sure that ,
" JADEN IS NOT MARRIED ".
CASSANDRA:- that man is going to pay for making me cry ...
KING DARIUS MARSEFONE:- No my dear! now it's your turn to repay for what he did to you...
CASSANDRA'S POV ~ Yes my dad is right! it's my time to avenge him for making me feel like s**t. And I know what to do ....
THE NEXT DAY,
CASSANDRA:- Hey Oscar! are you guys going to the waterfalls today??
OSCAR:- Yes my princess! we are going to practice Archery today afternoon and Jaden is training us.
AT THE WATERFALLS,
JADEN:- Concentrate on the aim, increase your grip on the bow and release the arrow , without shaking your thumb.
JADEN's POV ~ Suddenly the air surrounding us became heavy and I can feel the presence of my love.
And when I turned , I saw Cassandra walk towards the end of waterfalls and it didn't take me more time to realise that she is going to jump off the cliff. My heart stopped for a second, and I started to run towards her. I would stop at nothing to save her. I held her tight with all the force, I had to stop her.
CASSANDRA:- Leave me! I am going to die ....
JADEN'S POV ~ And with that she jumped off the cliff , pulling me with her to jump out ... I held her tight, close to my chest, fearing that the force of falling in the water would hurt her delicate body.
Within few seconds, we clashed on the water, and the buoyant force was strong and separated her away from my grip and I saw her drown....
That's it , my heart stopped. She drowned in the water, my love has drowned. I have lost my girl, lost my love just because of a silly game I wished to play .....I killed her , killed my soul, killed myself ..all these thoughts flushed my mind ....until I heard a naughty laughter behind me ...
it was CASSANDRA....!!!!!
CASSANDRA'S POV~ When I started to laugh, Jaden turned around. And there he was, standing in water, with painful tears falling down his cheeks.
Suddenly he swimmed towards me, and held me in his embrace.
Within a second, his lips crashed mine, claiming me his... and I was feeling like a feather floating in water. This is what I wanted, this is what I waited for.
His kiss became more and more intense and demanding and I felt utterly lost in savouring his lips.
JADEN'S POV ~ When I heard her laughter behind me, I froze out of shock and turned. I saw her revealing a sinful smirk,for succeeding in her plan, to make me feel pain ...the same pain I made her feel yesterday.
I can't control myself and I jumped to her, helding her in my arms again. Without a second thought , I kissed her in her lips, and claimed her mine, and never in this life, I will leave her from my arms again.
but I regained my conscience and pulled myself away from the kiss.
JADEN:- Are you mad?? Why did you jump of the cliff?? and why did you pull me with you??
CASSANDRA:- Did you think that I will leave you alive, for some girl else to feel you as her husband ...
CASSANDRA'S POV~ As I said those words, I pulled him close to me and savoured his plump lips again. He was controlling himself from going beyond the line and I was pushing him to his limits. He started to be demanding, claiming me his again.
JADEN:- You thought of killing me with you huh?? ( he gasped these words, without leaving our kiss).
CASSANDRA:- If we live , we'll LIVE TOGETHER. If we die , we DIE TOGETHER.
JADEN'S POV ~ Yeah, she is right. we can't live without each other. The love we nurtured in our childhood, even without our proper communication , has grown up so big and vast filling our hearts with lust , that it made us feel like we belonged to each other.
I carried her to the shore, where we made each other warm by close cuddles and deep kisses.
Yeah we have REUNITED WITH LOVE, not the same love , but the love which guides us like a POLE STAR!!!!.
NEITHER SHE NOR I KNEW ABOUT WHAT THE FUTURE HAD IN HOLD FOR US!!!
