Janey
It was great how everything was just falling into place. Beck ended up becoming a manager at the cable company. All those long hours paid off. Starting in September he would be working in the office full time and no more going out on the road, unless he wanted to put in overtime, which meant Janey and Beck would have all their nights free.
In the meantime, days were still a b***h for Janey. She signed up for acting school, but class didn’t start until September. It was hot and Janey was getting lazy. Beck suggested a ton of things she could do with her time: “go to the city, go to the beach, go to the library, go sit on our balcony and read some of those books you brought with you.”
