Although the subject is quickly changed and we sit around the table talking about anything and everything for hours, I don’t feel any more at ease. I’m exhausted and have been for hours, but I prefer to be sitting in the company of friends rather than trying to sleep. After the visions I had earlier in the day, I’m fearful of what nightmares await. Jeffrey, Margaret and Alesha have been wonderful. Although I can see they, too, are tired, they’ve made no suggestion of going to bed. Their eyes are heavy and there are intermittent rounds of yawning.
