Day Five Two's Good Company

Last night I didn't sleep very well, I snuggled up to Hayden to sleep but even his masculinity couldn't protect me from my thoughts. I was confused between him and Matt and who I wanted. I woke up early this morning, so early that I was the first Islander awake. Checking my alarm I saw it was 7:20 am, I decided to get up and go downstairs to make some tea. After finishing and putting away the milk I faintly heard chatting from outside. As I turned to the window I saw two new boys chatting at a small table having a drink together. One was blonde with long hair tied in a top knot. He sat in pink shorts showing his somewhat toned body. I saw from a distance he looked masculine and must have been a part of Team Top. 

The other boy was Latino, tanned skin, black hair and dark eyes. He had a pair of tight trunks on and looked very well groomed without a single hair out of place on his head and not a hair on any other part of his body. He looked stunning, his skin looked silky smooth and his body looked toned and defined. I wasn't sure if he was a top or bottom but I really liked the look of him, I had a secret for finding Latino men very attractive. 

I rushed into the bedroom and began shouting to wake everyone up, "NEW BOYS, NEW BOYS. EVERYONE THERE'S NEW BOYS COME ON!". At first, everyone seemed grumpy and annoyed I woke them up but soon the reality kicked in and everyone was excited to throw on their swimwear for the day and rush outside to greet the newbies. 

I rushed forward trying to get to the new boys first as Hugo, Tyler and Tyrone hurried quickly behind me. "Hey boys, who are you?" Tyrone called loudly as we came rushing over. 

"Hey boys, I'm Corey, I'm twenty and from Norwich" the blonde man replied. "You all look great by the way. I'm Andres and I'm twenty four and I live in London but I'm originally from Columbia" The Latino man said in an accent. "You guys are hot" Tyrone giggled. "You're telling me" Colin smiled staring at them. "Where are the tops?" Tyler asked. "Screw that, the first question we should ask is, how are the public seeing us all. I assume you guys have been watching" Colin asked. "No, the most important question is how much you guys can lift?" Hugo asked cheekily. "Who have you guys got your eye on?" I asked while smiling. The boys looked at each other in shock, "well I knew they'd be a handful but this is something else" Corey laughed. Andres chuckled and Corey turned back to us. "I guess it's fair to say, we have both got to know you all a bit from watching the show" Corey explained. "What kind of things have you seen?" I asked. "Lots of things, I guess the best thing is coming in knowing about the sneaky kisses that have gone on," Andres says and smiles. I stayed quiet for a moment wondering if he knows about my kiss with Matt. I couldn't let the other islanders know what happened between us. "Who's been doing that?" Hugo asked. "It's not our place to say, that would be kissing and telling," Andres told him. "Let's forget the kissing, let's just move on" I replied steering the conversation onto a new topic. "So what do you guys do in the real world?" Tyrone asked. "I'm a builder," Corey told us. "I'm a jeweler" Andres replied, "oh a jeweler, well you can give me a ring any day" Tyrone flirted. "I wouldn't mind a ring too" Hugo winked.

"Oi oi, Sorry for being late" Matt called as him and the other tops strolled over. Andres and Corey then started to greet all the tops and announced to us they were both Team Top. This now meant something was fishy. With two new tops, we now had only five bottoms with a total of seven tops. We all wondered if some new bottoms were joining.

The bottoms got pushed aside a little as the tops swarmed the new boys with questions. However, once the tops had their chance at grilling the newbies they finally let the bottoms back into the group. Hayden called me over and as I move to over him he puts his arm around me holding me close to him. I couldn't tell if this was a top tactic or not. Hayden may have been trying to be romantic and intimate with me. On the other hand, I felt that he may have been making a point that I was his and he was guarding me. "So boys what's your type then?" George asked. "I like chilled boys, cute faces, polite, loyal, fun to be around. I don't mind tattoos but don't like too many if someone has them" Corey explained. "I guess I like, cute boys, slim, smooth skin, someone who likes cuddles and dressing well is important to me" Andres admits in his very cute Latino accent. "how many boys you bedded?" Alfie asked. "Yes good question!" Hugo asked looking happy. "Oh not that many, I'm not into counting numbers. It's only five for me" Corey admitted. "I haven't been with that many more, only eight," Andres says nicely. "Clearly we don't bed everything that walks," Corey says looking over at Matt and then at Hayden. Before they can defend themselves Sam cuts in, "Who do you both fancy the most right now?". "I will be honest, for me the most I fancy is Jake," Andres said getting his sentence a little muddled. "You're not so bad yourself" I winked as Hayden turned to me looking unhappy, "Hey! I'm right here!". "I fancy Tyler," Corey said looking at him. "Really? Don't I have too many tattoos?" Tyler asked pointing out his two sleeves and one leg sleeve. "Normally yes but there's something about you". Alfie didn't look happy as he stepped closer to Tyler trying to make Corey aware of his presence. "You'll have to go through me first" Alfie warned. "I for one am interested to see what happens. When Hugo joined, the tops didn't seem to mind all the drama and fighting that went on with the bottoms. Of course, this was when it was us fighting over them. Now the tables have turned, there are more tops now and something tells me Andres and Corey will be trying to get the attention of us bottoms" Tyler explained. 

The bottoms giggled cutely knowing the attention was going to be on us now and the tops all gave each other uncertain looks knowing Andres and Corey has stepped onto their territory and were looking to steal a mate. The tensions between the tops were starting to rise.

We decided to let the newbies find their feet in the villa and give them some space. Me and Tyler sat on the day beds eating some fruit for breakfast. "So this morning. Wasn't it great?" Tyler asks. "How do you feel knowing Andres fancies you?". "I like he is so cute. I really love his accent, it is to die for". "I think he's hot too if he asked you to couple up what would you say?". "I think I'd consider it to be honest. I love Latino men". "To be honest I think all the bottoms would say yes to Andres too. But I am interested in Corey after he said he fancied me". "Yeah, Corey seems more on the rugged side if that makes sense". "Maybe it's his inner builder in him" Tyler laughs. "Hey boys I made you both a tea to go with your breakfast" George called as he put two cups on the side table next to us. "Aw, thank you George, your so sweet, mine went cold as I left it from the excitement of the newbies," I said politely. "So what are your thoughts on the newbies," he asked. "That's for us to know and for you to find out later" Tyler teased. "Fine, I will let you two gossip" George laughed and walked off. "He's so cute isn't he?". "Yeah, George is so nice" Tyler agreed. 

The day started to move on and as usual, everyone was soaking up the sun, working out in the gym or relaxing in the pool. I was relaxing in the shallow end of the pool by the steps. When Hugo and George come and sat with me mid-conversation. "What about you Jake?" Hugo asked as he sat near me. It appeared that Hugo was possibly trying to make amends by starting a conversation with me. Despite the fact I didn't like him, I wasn't evil, therefore I felt I needed to reply. "What about me what?". "Don't you think Corey is dreamy?" Hugo asked like a teenage girl in love with a celebrity. "Erm, I prefer Andres personally. I mean Corey is hot but definitely Andres". Hugo giggled, "well I'll leave you to him then". "Aren't you bothered about this George?" I asked. "Oh no, me and Hugo have decided we are just great friends" he replied. 

Suddenly, Hugo got a text and everyone started to come over apart from the newbies who were nowhere to be seen.

Islanders, the new boys, Andres and Corey have chosen three bottoms to take on a date. The first boy going on a date with Andres will be Tyrone and the first boy to date Corey will be Jake. The two of you must get ready and afterwards a jeep will pick you up.

Tyrone looked excited as he pulled me to the dressing room for us both to get ready for our dates. It all happened so fast I didn't get much time to think about Corey choosing me. As I restyled my hair and put on some nice clothes Hayden stood at the doorway in a pair of short shorts. "Hey, so you are on a date with that Corey guy". "Oh yeah, I am" I replied sounding awkward. "How do you feel about that?". "I mean, it's nice to be asked" I replied seeming more chirpy this time. "Yes of course it is, just so you know I'm not annoyed about Corey asking you for a date. I guess it's expected your the most stunning bottom so I guess they are both bound to want you. So you have fun" Hayden admitted.  "Well thank you for saying that," I said as I walk over and stand on my tiptoes to still not quite reach Hayden's face. He chuckles and leans down and little to give me a peck on the lips. 

Me and Tyrone got into the jeep and were driven away from the villa. The journey was short but we arrived at a Caribbean restaurant to have a one-course meal with our date for one hour. As me and Tyrone were first we were given the starter course. 

As we walked into the restaurant we were taken out into the garden. At one end was Corey and the other Andres. I walked over to Corey who jumped up to greet me and sit me down next to him. "I think you look good," Corey said eyeing me up. "Thank you, Corey, you're not so bad yourself". "Is it weird me and Andres coming in like this? I mean we both said we feel like we already know you guys. For example Jake, I know your twenty one, I know you chose Matt on day one, I know you really hit it off with Ethan and Tyler. I also know you've made amends with Colin and Tyrone" he laughed. "And I know nothing about you" I laughed. "You can ask me whatever you like," he tells me as he takes a sip of lemonade in from of him. I lean forward and take a sip of the white wine on the table. "What do you think of the other tops, competition-wise?". "I wasn't too sure about Matt in terms of how much I'd get on with him but so far he seems good. Hayden might be my biggest competitor in terms of our masculinity and personalities". "Matt is very masculine too". "He is, but he's more laddish so he's little more jokey and s****l in the way he speaks and doesn't really give a s**t in terms of what people think. Whereas I'd say me and Hayden are less laddish but still quite masculine if that makes sense". "What about the bottoms then?". "Well clearly I like you but I also like Tyler and I quite like the look of Hugo too". "That's nice to know, why did you come on the show?". "I guess I wanted to see what it was like and see if I can get anything out of it relationship-wise. I would like a boyfriend to be honest". 

We were given some food to eat which was a lovely prawn bisque. I looked over at Tyrone who was giggling away with Andres and from what I could tell he might have been flirting a little. We started to eat our food and continued to go with the flow of conversation. It all seemed quite short, by the time we had finished our food and it was taken away there wasn't much more time to chat before I was asked to leave so that Corey could have his second date. "Jake it's been a pleasure," Corey told me as he gave me a hug and little kiss on the cheek. 

As me and Tyrone returned the villa Tyrone was oddly quiet, seemed quite reserved and didn't really speak to me for most the short journey.

After returning to the villa I walked away from him and George came running over. "Hey Jake!". "Hey! What did I miss?". "Oh not much, just the guys were all chatting about the new boys and who they are going to steal. Blah blah blah" George explained. I sat with George for a while as he was telling me how he was looking forward to the day more bottoms come to the villa. Suddenly my phone bleeped and before calling everyone over I saw it was only meant for me to see only but I let George read it too.

Jake, you have been chosen to be Andres third date. As you have already been on a date with Corey today, to be given the treat of dating both men you will need to answer a question. If you are right you'll join Andres and if you lose the date will go to Colin, Andres back-up date. Please respond to this text with your answer. How old is Andres?

"Oh s**t, I don't know that" I said to George. "Twenty five?" George guessed. "Maybe, I know he's not that much older than me" I said sounding puzzled. I replied with twenty five and soon received my response.

Jake, you answered incorrectly, Andres is twenty four. Colin will join Andres for his third date.

"Oh damn, what a shame. I think you'd look quite nice paired with Andres" George told me. "Well guess I won't know now?" I sighed looking down. "Don't worry at least you were chosen for a date today and you were asked for another. Clearly, both men want you" George reassured me. 

A little later on when everyone was back, Tyler called me and Tyrone over for a chat. "So I have worked it out. Corey took Jake, me and Hugo out on dates and Andres took Colin, Hugo and Tyrone on dates" Tyler explained as Colin rushed over with Hugo. "Are we discussing dates? Let's chat!" Colin said excitingly. "I love Corey, he's a bit of me" Hugo replied immediately. "I think he's pretty sexy too" Tyler admitted. "I think he's hot, our date was lovely but I don't think I see him in a romantic way personally. I'd have rather gone on a date with Andres. In fact, I was asked but I had to answer a question to date him and I got it wrong so Colin got the date instead". "Yeah I know, my text told me that," Colin said rubbing my knee. "So what do we think of Andres then?" Tyler asked. "He's lovely but not for me personally" Hugo explained. "Yeah he's alright I guess. I won't lie I got a bit bored on my date with him" Tyrone told us. "That's not what it looked like to me? I was with you while you were with Andres and you looked like you were having fun to me?" I said calling him out but looking puzzled. "Well, maybe I was being polite to him!" Tyrone snapped harshly and seemed very defensive. I was a little taken back by his outburst as he continued, "doesn't mean I fancy him. I'm not the only boy in the world that's had to fake it a little!". "Jesus, calm down. I only said what I saw" I replied. "I'm not sure what your angle is Jake but don't bring me into a web of lies. If I had a good time with Andres I would say I did!". "alright chill out!" I snapped back. "Anyway moving on. What would you say if Andres asked you to couple up Jake". "Yeah, I'd consider it". "Well, at least your consistent Jake because you said the same thing earlier," Hugo told me seeming pleased I kept my word.   

A few hours later Tyler received a text and he called for everyone to come over.

Islanders, this evening you'll be throwing a welcome party for Andres and Corey. Please go and get ready for it.

"How exciting," Hugo says as everyone heads towards the villa to start getting ready. I follow the group and get dressed into some evening wear. We emerged outside a couple of hours later to see the garden had been set up for a party with lights scattered about, a temporary bar set up, a small dance floor with a few benches placed nearby. Hugo runs to the kitchen to quickly make a batch of cocktails for the party, while our Batman was setting up. Andres and Corey are soon the center of attention as everyone stands around chatting to them. Even the tops were friendly to them despite the fact they knew they were hunting their boys. Maybe it was a tactic on their behalves but either way, things were going smoothly. "Cocktails anyone?" Hugo called as he comes walking over with a tray of margaritas. "Don't mind if I do!" Tyler said as he grabbed the first drink. 

Soon everyone groups off to enjoy themselves. I started chatting with Tyrone, Sam, Matt, Corey and Andres. The conversation started with general topics to do with the newbies. However, a little later Matt breaks off to join others and not much longer afterwards Tyrone and Sam walk off to get more drinks. At this moment Andres turned to Corey and asked if he could chat to me alone. Corey seemed a bit awkward but agreed and walked away to find others to speak to. Andres walked with me into the villa and took me up to the terrace. 

"This is a long way to come for a chat, is everything ok?" I asked. "I just wanted to say, thanks for making me welcome. I don't want to cause a fight". "Cause a fight, with what?" I asked seeming puzzled. "You know I like you". "You can have a crush on me Andres" I giggled. "That's good to know but right now you are with Hayden. I don't want to be a snake". "I understand but you can't help how you feel" I explained. "Thanks for the chat," Andres told me as he walked off smiling. I felt he might have cut our conversation short, but I couldn't work out why. Andres had me in private in a secluded place. He could have said anything or even made a move if he wanted. 

I came downstairs and grouped with Tyler, Hugo, Hayden and George. Hayden was at the bar making drinks with the others standing watching him. He makes everyone a batch of margaritas and wraps his arms around me, "Hey you" he said kissing me on the head. "Aw you two are cute" Tyler called, sipping his drink. "Does anyone feel like the dynamics of the group have changed today?" Matt says coming over out of the blue. "You tops are just feeling weird about the new competition" Hugo tells him. "No it's not even that, like me and Colin aren't really much of a couple if I'm honest, so I have nothing to lose right now" Matt explained. "Then you both need to find someone else for the recoupling, the next one will likely be soon with the newbies," I told him. "Yeah but who? Two tops have joined, not bottoms". "Well, I guess that's for you to work out hun," Tyler told him. 

Matt soon breaks off from the group seeming unsettled and Tyler turns to me as Hayden lets go of me to make more drinks. "Listen, with the new guys coming in I've been thinking. Do you think I'd have a shot with Matt?" Tyler asked. My eyes widened a little, "Erm, no" I said. "What? You don't think I'm good enough?" Tyler snapped looking unhappy with me. I didn't say anything and let him continue talking, "I feel bad cause I know Ethan liked him plus I know he's your ex and the whole boy code thing too. I don't know maybe I need to be alone right now" he says looking depressed as he suddenly jumped off his stool and walked away alone. What is with everyone tonight? The villa is very unsettled this evening. "Actually can you and I have a chat?" Hayden asks as he takes me by the hand. I nod and he takes me away from the others to the day beds alone. 

"I just want to cut to it, I overheard Colin tell Matt that you said you quite liked Andres. I guess what I want to know is how do you feel about the newbies. I mean if you don't things are working between us, I'd rather you tell me than keep it secret". "I mean, Andres is hot and I did say what Colin said. I don't know, I think maybe I'd just end up being friends with them" I told Hayden uncertain of what to say. Hayden seemed relieved and smiled, "well that's good to know, I know we haven't been together long but I do genuinely like you. Sometimes I think I become a bit of a melt around you, I'm totally different. I'm usually more jokey and chilled but when I'm with you I feel tense and maybe overwhelmed a little. I guess it's just how I feel about you". "You don't have to be tense around me. I don't want you feeling out of place". "I guess I don't want to ruin anything cause I know you have other admirers. I mean everyone knows Matt would have you back in a heartbeat. If there is a recoupling and he goes before me, he will pick you and I know that. So I guess I feel like, your mine now but you very easily may not be tomorrow" Hayden explained. I briefly turn away seeing Colin chatting closely to Alfie by the pool. I turn back and hold Hayden's hand, "if you worry about the future then you won't enjoy the present". Hayden smiled, "get that out a book or something?". 

Suddenly George turns the music up loud and calls everyone over to dance. As we walk over Tyler takes my hand and calls for me to dance with him. "I can't dance!" I complain. "Shut up who cares," he tells me as he starts moving to the beat. 

The night lives on as everyone continues to drink and dance having the most enjoyable night so far in the villa.
