Day Seventeen Stick or Switch?

It was sunrise, the blinds were still closed but I had begun tossing and turning. I eventually pulled myself up from my position and looked around the room seeing everyone sleeping. Luckily for me I wasn't alone, Chris soon pulled himself up and joined me, in some people watching. He gave me a little morning peck on the cheek as I snuggled up to him. "Apart from me. Who do you think has done the best in here. In terms of making an impression?" He whispered. I looked around the room seeing all the couples in bed sleeping. "Grant" I replied. "I can see that. Colin seems to really like him. How are you feeling by the way? I know what you said last night but sometimes your mind can change when you sleep on things. I know there's drama at the home villa but if you like me the same way I like you, I think the choice is clear". It seemed to me that Chris was pushing things forward with me. It made me wonder how genuine his feelings towards me were. Luckily he was only competing with Corey, a guy I no longer like making my choice easy. Regardless of whether Chris was being genuine or faking his task getting into the main villa wasn't a high-risk path. Corey was no competition for him. "Yes, I'm still picking you" I smiled. He seemed relieved again, "I'm glad you said that. I was hoping you would, I was awake half the night stressing that you had changed your mind". "Don't be like that. You're an amazing guy and you've been wonderful to me in here". 

The two of us sit cuddled up to one another relaxing in each other's arms until the blinds open and Hugo's phone beeps with a message.

Bottoms, your last night in the villa is now over. It is your now your final few hours, this morning the tops will be treating you to brunch. Then, this afternoon you will return to your home villa. Finally, this evening you will be asked if you wish to stick with your current partner at home or if you wish to switch to your new lover. Your partner will also face the same choice as you. Eat up, you have a big day ahead of you!

"Personally, this break has been nice. However, I really want to get back to our home villa where my wardrobe waits for me... and my dressing table" I announced seeming sad because I missed my things. "I want to return home too, perhaps not for the same reasons as Jake but it's still home" Tyrone laughed. "Does this mean we will turn up at home and have to meet the other bottoms?" Hugo asked. "I doubt it, I imagine they will have to leave before we arrive" Colin suggested. 

Grant gathered the tops together to go downstairs and prepare food for us. The bottoms stayed upstairs in the bedroom chatting. "I think we all have important decisions to make today," Tyrone told us. "Well, I think we all need to make ourselves look lovely before we get into this" Hugo announced as he gathered us together to lead us into the dressing room. "Does anyone know what they are doing for tonight" I asked as I started getting changed. "I have no idea babe" Charlie called to me from his dressing table. "I don't know if it makes it harder or easier for us? The last recoupling was a complete disaster" Tyrone asked seeming puzzled. "For me, the whole Sam and Tom situation is still happening and now it's starting to set back into reality" he continued. "Can we not let bygones be bygones?" I asked as Hugo looked away into his mirror. "Not when Hugo is still coupled with Sam" Tyrone snapped. "I guess, I want to move on from Sam but I haven't had a chance to speak to him since we broke up, I don't know how he feels. Then there's Tom who likes me but might have gone off with someone else whilst I've been gone. I'm so confused" Tyrone explained seeming sad. "Don't be like that. I'm sure you can speak to Sam when your back and as for Tom if you don't want him he won't be leaving the villa. He is here to stay so I'm sure someone else will snap him up" Collin explained. "It's harder than that, anyone who is single after the switching will be at risk of leaving the villa. If you think about it, some people will switch whether it's us or the guys at home. The villa will be overcrowded with people meaning the ones who stayed faithful but their partners left them will be the ones at risk of leaving. The reality is, if Tyrone leaves Tom he might end up being single and leaves. The same goes for all of us, do we stick with our guys at home for loyalty sake or take the chance with the new guys?" Tyler explained. "Hold that thought, I have a text," Colin says as he reads out his message telling us to head outside for our food.

As we all step outside onto the grass, we saw fresh new tables with roses set up. Then we all noticed something different. All the tops were standing next to a table wearing black and white speedos, white cuffs on their wrists and a white collar around there necks, nothing else. They looked like butlers in the buff. "Oh my god" Colin gasped seeming shocked. "It's a dream come true!" I cheered staring at all the guys. My eyes crossed each one of the guys and stopped on Chris who seemed to be over bulging in the speedo department. From our cuddling sessions, I had noticed that Chris had a larger than average p***s. However, that thought came from the occasional rub or spoon session by touch only. I hadn't noticed a bulge while he wore shorts around the villa, perhaps this is because they were loose and speedos were tight. All I could say, out of all the guy's bulges, Chris's seemed the largest and luckily for me the other bottoms seemed to notice. "Chris looks.... nice," Hugo said slowly, staring at him. Chris blushed and didn't say a word. "We had wondered if Chris had stuffed his, Jake will need to confirm that for us" Manny replied as he looked over at Chris. "Nothing is stuffed, thank you" Chris sighed rolling his eyes. 

We parted ways and walked over to our tables, Chris pulled my chair of for me as he stared at me. "You look pretty hot". "Thanks, I'm just glad we didn't have to wear full suits. The outfit is growing on me though" he chuckled. "Can you keep the outfit?" I asked cheekily. "You like it that much?". "Yes," I replied quickly nodding my head, looking him up and down. He places a napkin across my lap, "What can I get you to drink?". "well I will have a tea in a teapot to pour for later. For now, I will have a mimosa" I say and smile looking up at him. "And to eat?". "I'm simple, I would just like a fruit salad, some yogurt. I can't handle the whole full English thing in the morning" I say cutely. "As you wish" he replies and walks off with the other tops. 

I giggle with the other bottoms, feeling excited, until the guys start returning with our drinks and soon after our food. I begin to start eating as Chris takes his seat in front of me, "so how has the break with us been overall?". "It's been nice to have a break from the other tops and meet some new ones. Plus, it is nice to have a change of scenery but I am looking forward to going home". "It's weird because we all only saw you guys on tv until we came in here. You have opinions about people but you're all different to how you are on tv. I guess some situations can be taken out of context for drama and tv purposes but in my opinion, everyone has changed at least a little bit for the better" Chris explains as he takes a bite of his food. "Well, I'm glad you think better of us. Cheers to our date!" I say raising my glass as Chris follows me, our glasses clink together. "I really enjoy being in your company Jake. I think your great". "To be honest, I am loving sitting with you right now, wearing that" I chuckle. Chris laughs and replies, "I knew it would be worth it putting this on". 

Suddenly we hear a screech from the other side of the garden. We turn around and find Freddie on one knee at Hugo's table. "What's happening?" I asked as everyone looked over from there tables. "Hugo, I had a great time here with you. Your funny, your hot, have a great figure and your wild as f**k. If we just add my stamina in bed we have the greatest combination". Hugo laughs and then covers his face in embarrassment. "Have they had s*x?" I ask Chris quietly. He shrugs his shoulder seeming uncertain, I turn my attention back to Hugo and Freddie. "So would you do me the honour of taking me back to your villa with you? What do you say?" Freddie asks. Hugo bursts out laughing and then composes himself. "Hun, I think your great fun. You've made this trip for me so fun and so amazing. Normally a guy on his knees for me would have me melted like a puddle on the floor. However, you are too much of a good friend to me to have romantic feelings with, therefore, I am going to have to say thanks but no thanks". Everyone cheers for Freddie giving him support, "Ah mate you got pied" Manny teases. "Not really, I thought that was cute" Tyler disagreed. "You are too cute," Hugo says as he leans down grabbing Freddie's face, kissing him on the cheek. 

Suddenly Hugo gets a text and reads it out to the group.

Bottoms, your break has ended. Please pack up your belongings and leave the villa. Your minibus will be waiting for you at the front door.

"Here we go, boys. Decision time" Colin calls as everyone starts getting up and heading inside. The bottoms go to the bedroom, gathering their belongings and packing things into there provided bags from their partners. "Guys, I'm still uncertain what to do about my Sam and Tom situation" Tyrone called as Hugo rolled his eyes, choosing not to get involved. "Hun, I don't think he's that into you," I told him. "Ugh, like that's helpful!" Tyrone snapped seeming unhappy with me. "Well don't ask the question if you don't like the answer. Face it, you guys broke up, he's had Hugo and six other bottoms to choose from. You can cling onto Sam for as long as you like but that won't change his feelings. There no harm in chatting to him when you get back but that's my opinion" I explained. "What about Tom though?" Colin asked. "That's another issue, I don't want Tom to be single and leave the villa because of me. He's a great guy". "We don't really know Tom that much. The rest of us have only known him a couple of days and during that time he didn't really speak to many of us" I explained. "He's like a muscular mystery" Tyrone told me. "Moving on from Tyrone, Colin you've been really happy with Grant on this trip" Tyler interrupted. "Yeah, he's great. I've become much more confident with him". "He's so whipped as well. He's one of those big strong lads that says no one can tame him but you clearly have" Tyler giggles and Colin copies. 

"So has anyone made a choice on who's taking and not taking back to the villa? We know I'm not taking Freddie" Hugo asks. "I'm taking Grant with me". "Wait, so you're sticking with Sam?" Tyrone asks looking disappointed. "For now". "I can't say I'm pleased but at least I know that Sam will be". "The video changes things for me. I want to stick with Hayden but I was a little annoyed seeing him about to kiss that slut on the daybeds" Tyler told us. "Oh gosh, the video I almost forgot!" Charlie panicked. "How did you forget? You were furious at the time and didn't stop going on about it?" Tyler asked. "I guess I forgot to be angry because Manny was making my time here so great". "Tyler you had lots of fun here. You can't be so mad at Hayden" Hugo interrupted. "It wasn't like I didn't have fun but I stayed loyal to Hayden because it's the right thing to do. I valued our relationship and friendship, I haven't done anything with Karl. I thought Hayden would return that for me". "What about you Jake?" Tyler continues. "I'm blatantly taking Chris home" I confirmed as I zipped up my bag to leave. 

The six of us started to head downstairs to the say goodbye to the guys, who were standing outside near our minivan. Chris looks pleased to see me as he took my bag placing it in the back. "I guess I'll see you at tonight's recoupling" I say nicely as I give him a warm hug as others began to do the same in a group. 

Everyone started putting their bags into the back of the van to then settling inside. The driver closed the door as the tops stand to one side waving at us. Soon we drift off into the distance out of sight. 

Finally, after our small road trip which wasn't interesting, we arrived home. "I'm getting flashbacks. Remember when I pulled up at the villa on day one with you standing just there, Jake? We arrived here first" Tyrone asks as he gets out the van. "Yeah, feels like yesterday" I replied as I hopped out the van collecting my bag. We all walked inside the villa and entered the main living area. The villa was silent, almost as if no one was home. "It's quiet, too quiet?" Tyler says as everyone listens out hearing nothing but silence. "Maybe they aren't home. We might have the place to ourselves for a bit" Colin suggests. "That's odd? Well, I guess it gives us a chance to remove the smell of slut, out of the bedroom. Those bottoms have been sleeping in our beds!" Tyler says sassily. 

Everyone splits up and started doing their own thing. I walked upstairs with Colin and Tyler to unpack in the bedroom. "Hang on there's underwear in this room that I have not seen before!" Colin screams holding up a pair. I scream in fear, "no! They haven't moved out officially yet!" I look in my bedside draws and see my stuff has been pushed to one side and there are new items on the other. "NOOOO!" I scream. "Ok! Don't panic! Just grab all of there things and place them at the end of your beds. That way, we don't come across rude by getting rid of there stuff but we are making ourselves clear that we are the original bottoms!" Tyler suggests. "Good idea!" I cheer as I quickly grab all the p things that were mine and toss them at the end of my bed. 

I soon start unpacking my things and rearranging my draws. After unpacking I made my way outside but before feeling the summer sun, I bumped into Hugo in the kitchen. He seemed down as he fiddled with one of the draws. "Everything ok?" I asked as I stood next to him. "I'm glad you asked. This trip has been fun and Freddie was a big part of that. However, my feelings lie with Sam, on the other hand, what if he's with another boy? This whole Tyrone, Sam and I situation could be for nothing. I had some fun while away but I haven't seen Sam since we got together. I'll be so upset if he's chosen a new boy". "You've taken some risks but that's ok. You've gone wild, you've been bold and that's so you. You've got between Sam and Tyrone whether that was intentional or not and you've had some fun with Freddie but the risk is usually worth the reward" I explained. "Thanks, Jake. Not the most encouraging speech but it does make me feel better" he smiles and gives me a hug.  

After cheering Hugo up I walked outside and saw Charlie relaxing by the pool alone. He had his legs dipped in the water while he relaxed in the sun. "Hey, want to chill for a bit?" He smiles welcoming me next to him. "That sounds good," I say as I dip my legs into the cool water with him. I sat and relaxed in the sun with him for a while making small talk here and there until Tyrone came outside calling us for a text he had received.

Everyone came rushing over as he read it out to us.

Bottoms, it's nearly time for tonight's recoupling. You'll be deciding whether to stick with your original partner or to switch to a new one. Once you have made this decision you will then find out what your partners decided.

"s**t! It's really happening then" Hugo commented as everyone looked at each other. We all walked upstairs to shower and get ready for the recoupling. As we did, it was in almost complete silence. There wasn't tension between us but everyone seemed as if they were thinking hard. Even those who thought they had made their minds up must have been double checking they were making the right choice. Luckily for me, my mind hadn't changed I was giving Chris a place in the villa and leaving Corey. 

As I seemed the one who knew what they were doing the most, I broke our silence to speak to the group. "Let's take a moment to appreciate this experience with each other. Things are about to change whether we want them to or not. Some of us might be single by the end of the night, some will have new partners and some will still be with old ones. Regardless of the outcome, we are about to meet the new bottoms and meet our original tops again. Let's all stay positive and remember we have each other". "Great speech Jake. I love you all!" Tyler called as he stood up looking at us all. We all got together into a huddle and had a long group hug before walking downstairs heading to the pool for the recoupling. 

We stepped out onto the patio as our six new tops stood in a line by the water with there suitcases and bags next to them. "It's a nice place you boys have got here. Reckon there's room for us?" Grant calls as we walk over to the group. "I think there might be room for some" Colin winks in his direction. 

Colin's phone then makes a noise as he looks down to read his message.

Bottoms, it's time to choose whether you would like to stick or switch. In turn please make your choices to the new tops in front of you. We have already asked your partners to make their choices. If you both decide to stick you will remain as a couple. If you both switch, you will stay in the villa in your new couples. If one person sticks and the other switches, the person who chose to stick will remain single in the villa. Any new tops or new bottoms not chosen will be eliminated and will leave immediately. Colin, you will choose first.

"Ok, well here goes nothing. I've had a lot of ups and downs in this villa. A few days ago I felt like I hadn't been very lucky with men in here. Everyone I coupled with seemed to go wrong. Things have changed and I feel like I've found someone that compliments me as a person, we bounce off one another, have a lot of fun and seem passionate with each other. I guess I'll find out if it was all real in time. I left the villa coupled up with George, he's a great guy and friend. The thought of leaving him single hurts me but I can't let this guy go, I must follow my heart. Therefore, I would like to switch to Grant". Grant smiles and boldly walks over Colin, wrapping his arms around him and pulling him into his embrace, kissing his lips passionately. The rest of the islanders clapped and cheered for them both as they stood to one side. 

Hugo's turn was next, I patted him on the back for reassurance. He smiled at me and took his place in the middle of the two groups. "Everyone knows I like attention and to have eyes on me. Today I feel strange, I don't want the attention. I came to this villa confident and strong even though I knew I was coming into the villa to be the bad guy. Truthfully I liked that, I mean look what happened when I took Jakes guy" he says as stops to look at me but I didn't give a facial expression towards him. I wasn't sure how I felt about that statement. I was over what happened, me and Hugo are very good friends now but at the time it hurt what he did. "Anyway, I don't like this decision. I left the villa coupled with Sam and I really like him but I still wondered if he truly liked me or if he was stuck with me. I had so much fun that I forgot to make a choice for when I returned home. I have made it now, I'm really sorry Freddie you will make a boy really happy one day but I am going to stick with Sam" he said as he stood to one side alone. "It's ok, you can still call me when it goes t**s up" Freddie replied seeming to have taken the news well. 

Tyler was next and he took his place to speak. "I will be honest, my decision is easy. I'm not sure how my Gay Island journey is going to play out from here. I still feel like the perfect guy is out there for me. I can't predict what will happen down the line but I have made my choice. I don't think Hayden will do something that would put me at risk of leaving the villa by being single, therefore I wouldn't do the same to him. I would like to stick with Hayden". Tyler walks over to Hugo, Colin and Grant as Karl seems a little disappointed. 

I received a text telling me my turn was next. I walked into position and looked at the line of tops in front of me. "For me, this choice has been easy. I was coupled up to a great guy, everyone knows who I am talking about. Unfortunately, at the last recoupling, that guy was taken from me. I left this villa feeling angry to be coupled with Corey. He is a good looking guy and has been a good friend to me since the day I met him. But that's it, a friend and nothing more. Sadly Corey stabbed me and Matt in the back over a random choice he made out of thin air. I left the villa wanting revenge, some of the other bottoms feel that this is mean but it is what it is. Still, I met a great guy while away and he made my decision even easier than what it already was. I think he's sexy, smart and romantic when he wants to be. I am choosing to switch, I would like to couple up with Chris" I said with a smile on my face. 

Chris quickly walks over to me as I could feel the other bottoms eyes on me. I chose to ignore them as Chris caressed my face and gave me a kiss on the lips. "Was it the waiter outfit that made it final?". "I hope you kept it" I laughed as he took me to one side.

Charlie was up next and he took his place. "I can honestly say this is my hardest decision since being in the villa. I've been spending hours thinking this over and over again. I didn't mean to drag this out but it is very difficult. I would like to stick with Matt". "Excuse me?" I asked looking puzzled. Tyler sighs and rolls his eyes at Charlie. "It's ok, Charlie just decided to couple with a guy that fancies me but hey ho his choice," I said sarcastically. Charlie ignored me and Tyler and stood alone to one side. 

Tyrone is the final boy to take his place as he looks ahead at the line of guys. "I've put a lot of thought into this. I know I'm not coupled with Sam anymore. However, a part of me doesn't want him to see me with another new guy. That means I have to put my trust into Tom, whether I want to or not. Therefore I am choosing to stick with Tom".

Tyrone stands to one side alone as Chris receives a text.

New Tops, the bottoms have made their decisions. Any new tops chosen by a bottom will now become part of the home villa and will be considered one of the tops without the need of saying new or original, they are one. Any other tops that were not chosen by a bottom are now eliminated and must leave immediately, a minivan is waiting for you outside the villa.

"It's been an honour to share my experience with you," Grant says as he walks over to the losing guys. "I couldn't have said it better myself" Chris agreed. "I'm sorry we couldn't keep you all your all great guys" Hugo told them. 

A few hugs are exchanged, then Manny, Freddie, Alberto and Karl take their belongings and leave the villa. They seem disappointed to not get a place in the villa but they left knowing they had a taster of paradise. 

Everyone stood in a line by the pool either alone or next to the new guy they chose. The suspense was overwhelming for most of the bottoms. Even I felt pressure, I believed Corey would be coming back with a new bottom we left things on bad terms. I was mainly concerned about Matt.

Colin soon reads out a text message.

Bottoms, it's time to find out what your partners chose. One by one a top will walk out into the garden. He will either walk out alone or with a new partner, who will be a new addition to the villa. If you chose to stick with your partner and he chose to switch, you will be single!

At that moment Sam walks out onto the patio and he was walking alone. "Oh my god!" Hugo says in shock as he runs over to Sam and grabbing him for a warm embrace. "Looks like you didn't find anyone hotter than me?" Sam laughs as he wraps his arms around Hugo. "Looks like you didn't either" he smiles and gives Sam a kiss on the lips. "I hate to ruin the moment but I do need to talk to Tyrone later," he says looking over at Tyrone who stands quietly. The two step aside to allow the next top to walk out. 

Matt walks out of the villa and he too walks alone. "He chose me!" Charlie cheered as he rushed forward to Matt. "Alright?" He smiles as they both wrap each other up in a hug, Matt kisses him on the lips and then looks over at me and speaks, "Erm.... who's that?" He asks pulling away from Charlie. Charlie turns around and notices that he's looking directly at me and Chris. "That's Jake's new guy". "Oh...  alright mate. I'm Matt" he says seeming disappointed. The two walk forward and shake each other's hands. "I'm Chris. It's great to finally meet you. I know you're a big part of Jake's journey in here" Chris says politely. "So what? You're with him now?" Matt asks looking away from Chris and seeming annoyed at me. "I don't know, it's the same as you and Charlie!" I snapped. "Oh right.... him," Matt said rolling his eyes. "Perhaps you and I should speak later?" I asked softly. He looks over at Sam, "well he didn't... or hasn't... has he?". "Matt my choice wasn't between you or Chris. My choice was between Corey or Chris" I told him firmly.   

Matt walked over to one side seeming annoyed, he completely forgot Charlie who followed after him seeming left out. Chris returned to me as an awkward vibe surrounded the group. 

Hayden stepped out of the villa and he brought a friend. "Bottoms, I'd like to introduce a new member to your crew. This is Sean" he called as Sean smiled holding his hand. We all looked surprised noticing it was the same boy from the video on the daybeds. "It's fine babe honestly" I called to Tyler who was staring with his mouth open. "Who the hell is he?" Tyler yelled. "I'm Sean" he repeated as he ruffled his curly locks. "I assume your Tyler? I've heard so much about you". "Well I've heard nothing about you" Tyler replied firmly. "I'm sorry but you have to admit we wasn't a real couple" Hayden commented. "I guess not. I'm not angry, I'm just disappointed" Tyler sighs rolling his eyes. "You know I still love you but as a friend," he told Tyler. 

Hayden and Sean stand to one side, sadly for him, Tyler had to follow to stand alone. This left, me and Carl, Colin and Grant and Tyrone in the lineup. 

"Hello, boys! I have been very excited all day to see your faces again!" George cheers as he rushes over to the group. He stops and seems puzzled when he sees Colin standing with Grant. "Oh... that's not what I wanted to see?" George says looking upset. "I'm Grant, I've been looking forward to meeting you" Grant smiles as he leaves Colin to shake George's hand. " I hope your ok?" Grant asks as George looks at Colin. "Yeah... I'm ok" he replied seeming down. "You know what, there's some new faces in the villa so it's not all that bad" George continues as he gives a small smile. 

George stands to one side alone, Colin and Grant follow him. "Your a great guy George. Never forget that" I called as George smiles at me.

"Tom returns!" Tom shouts as he stands on the patio and walks over to the group alone. "You stuck with me?" Tyrone asks seeming shocked. "Of course I did! I really like you" he laughs. The two come closer, Tom lifts Tyrone into his arms and kisses him on the lips carrying him over to one side. "None of the other bottoms compare to you". "Excuse me, your saying you only have eyes for Tyrone?" Sam asks seeming annoyed. "Yes, exactly that," he told Sam firmly. 

Finally I stood with Chris waiting for Corey to return. Suddenly Corey steps out onto the patio and he is joined by a new bottom. It was the same Latino boy from the video. 

"Everyone, I would like you to meet... Benito" he calls, the two walk over to come face to face with me and Chris.

Everyone's eyes look at each other wondering how Corey and I will react to each other's new partners.
