He Knows Everything

After the brutal fight and the long drive, everyone finally reached their respective homes safely. At Shreya’s house, her family was quite angry. They bombarded her with questions about where she had been wandering off to lately, harboring growing suspicions that she might be getting involved in something wrong or dangerous. On the other hand, Piya walked into her home brimming with confidence. The terrifying ordeal had actually removed all her fears. In her mind, one thing was crystal clear: even if she ever got into deep trouble, Kartik would always be there to protect her. Meanwhile, Aadi returned to his house with a deadly serious demeanor. He was deeply engrossed in calculating his next moves, trying to figure out exactly what needed to be done to stop the monster. His mind drifted back to a conversation from the previous night at his ex-girlfriend's house. Flashback: He had asked her, "Does this creature have any kind of weakness? Anything that could give me an advantage in a fight against him?" She had looked at him seriously and replied, "I don't know exactly what it is, but I am absolutely certain he has one. That is just how Mother Nature works. If she grants a being unimaginable power, she always balances the scales by giving them a fatal weakness in return." Back in the present, Aadi pondered this deeply. Okay, let's assume Namah is a resurrected, immortal being. But what is his connection to Shreya? Why is he so obsessed with her? If she were just a normal prey to him, she would have been dead a long time ago. There is a missing link here. With these dark thoughts racing through his mind, Aadi stepped into his gym. He began an incredibly intense, grueling workout—training not just for fitness, but as if he were preparing for a literal war. Aadi already had a large, highly muscular physique, but through this punishing routine, he was pushing his limits. He lifted heavier, moved faster, and trained harder, forcing his body to generate explosive power. He focused strictly on deep muscle cutting and enhancing his agility and flexibility, knowing that to fight an immortal beast, sheer strength wouldn't be enough—he had to become a weapon himself. Sometime later, there was a family function that Shreya had to attend. Unfortunately, her family was facing a sudden issue—her father had fallen ill, which meant her mother had to stay behind to take care of him. They told Shreya to just skip the event, but she insisted that she could manage and would go alone by bus. She immediately called Piya to let her know she wouldn't be coming to college that day. Shreya boarded the bus, but halfway through the trip, the vehicle suddenly broke down. To make matters worse, it was a single-route road, meaning there was no guarantee of when another bus would pass by. Shreya started to feel anxious about how she was going to reach her destination. She had already covered most of the distance; only about twenty percent of the journey was left. Seeing that they were relatively close, a group of passengers decided to walk the rest of the way, taking a shortcut through a more secluded path. Figuring it was her best option, Shreya decided to tag along and follow them. However, the group was walking quite fast. Because of the recent injury her ankle had suffered in the forest, walking on the uneven, rough terrain became increasingly painful and difficult for her. Unable to keep up the pace, she finally had to sit down on the side of the path to take a short break. By the time she caught her breath and looked around, everyone else had moved far ahead, completely out of sight. A chilling realization hit her—the destination was much further away than she had initially thought. Fear slowly began to creep in. The terrifying memory of the recent ambush by those local guys flashed in her mind, making her heart pound. This time, she was completely alone. Aadi wasn't there to protect her, and the entire area was dead silent and deserted. Suddenly, the hairs on the back of her neck stood up. She felt a heavy presence behind her. Slowly turning around, her blood ran cold. Two vicious-looking wild dogs were standing there, staring intently at her, ready to pounce. Shreya froze in sheer, paralyzing terror. Amidst all her fears of bad men, she hadn't even considered the deadly threat of wild animals lurking on this lonely path. The wild dogs started barking viciously at Shreya. Terrified, she quickly threw her hands up, taking a defensive stance. It looked like they were going to tear into her at any second. As the dogs finally lunged, Shreya squeezed her eyes shut in sheer, paralyzing terror. But suddenly... the barking stopped completely. Trembling, Shreya opened her eyes and saw a tall, incredibly muscular man standing right in front of her. The wild dogs, who had just been thirsting for blood, had suddenly grown as docile as house pets. They lowered their heads in absolute submission, as if bowing before their apex master. The man simply made a flicking gesture with his hand, and the dogs immediately turned and ran away into the bushes. Seeing the dogs retreat, Shreya finally took a breath of relief. But the very next second, when the man turned to look at her, the ground slipped from beneath her feet. Having just escaped one beast, she was now standing face-to-face with an even more dangerous predator. It was Namah. Shreya started backing away in horror. Namah had attacked her in the forest before. Is this going to be my last day? Driven by pure panic, she started screaming at the top of her lungs, "Help! Help!" But Namah paid absolutely no attention to her screams. He remained completely calm, showing no aggression whatsoever. He simply pulled out his water bottle and took a casual sip, acting as if nothing was happening. When Shreya finally realized that they were in the middle of nowhere and screaming was completely useless, she quieted down and stood at a safe distance. Shreya: (in a trembling voice) "What... what are you doing here?" Namah: (closing his water bottle) "Why are you so afraid of me?" Shreya: (gathering her courage) "Answer my question first." Namah: "My farmhouse is nearby. I often come out to this wild area for a run. But what are you doing out here in this deserted place all alone?" Shreya: "My... my bus broke down." But Shreya didn't believe his excuse for a single second. She knew Namah was a supernatural creature; he surely possessed heightened senses that told him she was out here alone and vulnerable. His presence here was no coincidence. Just then, Namah looked at her with a strange, piercing gaze and said something that made her blood run cold: Namah: "So... what did you find out about me from your last trip?" Shreya was left completely paralyzed with shock. Her mind went completely numb. Namah knew everything—he knew they had been investigating him!
