My irregularities surpass Reality.

Chapter 95- Blame the night not Rose, She is innocent.

We had dinner. It was a balanced dinner. Meat, vegetables and bread were each served with a ridiculous amount of presentation, they really put a lot to make the food look more appetizing here. 

Still since they all had a knightly way of doing things, even the dinner dishes looked elegant. The presentation of the food was very sophisticated.

“So what’s the plan? Are you going to come back with me?” as I had dinner, I asked Rose.

“What do you mean? I have a choice?” it wasn’t like I had to get her to my mansion so abruptly. Besides, she might have some work here since she is an active knight. That too a talented one at that. Just like Miss Rin, Rose was a knight capable of spying and completing speed oriented jobs.

“I don’t really have any work for you in the mansion, so if you have work here, then finish it first, then you can come. Besides….”

I am going to be going to the dragon's territory. Since the dragons are gonna come for me in under a week, I would be gone for a long journey. I wish they would have just let me go alone… I could have run there in a week.

The journey to where the Dragon tribes live is a long one…. Even if the dragons offered to take me there on their back, which absolutely wasn't gonna happen…. It would take a week… so traveling there would probably take close to a month….

“Then, I will go there on my own after I finish my work here.” Rose said elegantly while eating dinner… Her eating style was really noble, no wonder the Stein kingdom wanted her so much. Such elegance… man.. These small gestures and antics of the girls come a long way to charm a guy.

“Alright.” looks like I wouldn’t be able to meet her for a while…. She is like bad luck, whenever I meet her, I get some headache-inducing work… of course I am not gonna tell her that.

“Mistress, are you sure? You might not see sir Rekka for a long while.” It looks like Carla knew about my upcoming journey. But hearing that, Rose looked like she didn’t know anything.

“Why? Where are you going?”

“I have a little work.” It’s not like I wanted to hide it but explaining would be too much hassle…

“Going to go and take another princess?” probably misunderstanding me, she glared at me hard…

“You know? For the first time you are right, I am just going to do that.” Since I got a bit irritated at her, I said nonchalantly, It wasn’t like I was playing with the girls and letting them go, this world was a hard one. 

Betraying your own kind in any way would be foolish. Anyway, the girls like me too and I am also able to take responsibility, so there shouldn’t be any problem. I can provide safety and help them in any way they like, also I love them which is most important in all this. As a man who has already accepted the fact that I can’t be with just one girl… I really did change my ways of thinking.

“You are a jerk!” looking at her pouty face made my heart flutter a bit…. It was cute. Still… I got mad at her for having such a terrible sense of me. I really don’t like the way she puts me in her thoughts. 

After finishing dinner, I went to take a bath, of course I was alone. I did ask Rose if she wanted to go but she punched me and then ran the opposite way.

It was already time to sleep. Since I was lazing on the bed, suddenly my door opened and Rose came in. I had told her that she could sleep in her room, so she had gone out looking happy for the first time, but now she was wearing a kinky red dress which was barely covering her body. 

It  would have looked hot but she was sobbing like a baby…. I kinda felt like she was forced to wear it and then sent to me, her worst nightmare. 

Not sobbing by the door, she came to the bed and laid beside me….

“Sob… they took my room.. Sob and then stole my clothes… sob and then I was….” her will had completely been broken… the Rose now looked like a stray cat…. I patted her head and started to talk.

“Sorry, don’t feel bad, you can sleep here. I will sleep on the couch.” The room was big, so a couch was there too. Besides, as she is now, I would feel bad even putting my hand on her…

After moving from the bed, I got to the couch and slept there…. Rose was unusually calm about it…. Still, I guess she could believe me if I said I wouldn’t do anything. It was a good progress I guess.

“....So you really aren't gonna do anything?” Rose asked from the bed, it seems she calmed down enough to talk normally for now.

“Have a good night's sleep, I don’t have the heart to force a girl like you to bed.” I said feeling exhausted. Teasing was good and all but I won’t put her through so much that she breaks down to tears.

“But I heard that males are wolves who were born to copulate with every female they can.”

“That has some truth in it…. But please don’t spout those lines…. Where did you even hear it?”

“Of course my high miss told me all this!” Rose looked proud claiming that. Leila, I wonder what in the hell you were teaching your junior….

“You can go to sleep okay? I really won’t do anything.” at this point even her skimpy dress won’t make me want to get hot with her tonight. 

I just realized it after dinner but today I had used a lot of my concentration while training. Even if my body was a stamina bank, I couldn’t heal my mental fatigue. Not to mention, the past week I haven’t slept a single night.

Hearing me like that, Rose slumped on the bed. I wondered if there was a disappointed look on her face but I was nearly asleep at this point.

As night fell, the mansion only went silent. Rose, who couldn’t get any sleep even after Rekka’s honest answer, sat up on the bed and looked at the couch. 

It was a bit of interest really. In her life, she was practically cut off from the boys. Some couldn’t approach her because of her cold demeanor and some feared her mother, as a matter of fact, Rekka might be the only man ever to be around her even until she shouted his ears out with complaints and insults, he certainly was patient. 

It was also her fault because she believed that men were only wolves. As a knight she had strived to perfection in everything she did. But this might be the only subject where she didn’t even try to understand what human relationships could be like.

Although many in her life had given her more than enough wrong teachings towards the opposite s*x, sadly she had no idea about it.

Still, after finding out that the solution to her predicament was to get married with Rekka, she only felt good about it, although that brought with it beads of anxiety. 

Unknowingly to herself, She actually liked Rekka quite a bit, in her 1st impression, Rekka had strived to save as many people in the Stein kingdom as he could but after hearing that Rekka had massacred armies without a second thought, she felt like he was hiding his true colours infront of her. 

She felt betrayed, here she thought there was a guy out there that even she could look at with respect but after what happened to the empire, she really did believe that Rekka might have just acted that way to get her guard off. Men would always use facades to deceive women. Such was her line of thinking.

But staying with Rekka all day today she again realized that to not be the case. She still felt really mad at what he had done with the girls he was engaged to. But was that really something to be mad about? 

Rekka had formed a relationship with his soon to be wives. In a way.. That was meant to be natural to do, is it not? Had Rose knew that she felt jealousy at this point, she could have moved on to find the solution by now. Sadly she was far from any of that.

‘I know that I will have to be with him eventually but why do they have to send me to him in such a hurry!’ Rose thought to herself. Her hatefulness was already gone before the dinner. 

So after seeing that Rekka wasn’t forcing her to do anything, it only lessened. She had no way to understand that Rekka had agitated her enough that suddenly listening to her wishes had made her believe that he was a nice guy. 

As she examined her dress that barely covered her chest, thighs and other embarrassing parts of her body, even staying near a sleeping man was embarrassing for her.

I mean… At this point I wouldn’t have stopped him if he did… hold my hand a little…. Or or   maybe just hug me….. Yeah that should be enough!

She got flustered with her own thoughts. If Rekka saw her now, then seeing this side of her would only make him fall for her more. The current Rose was a maiden in love, completely different from her cold normal self. 

Sometimes, giving a girl some space to think makes it easier for her to think things through, that same phenomenon is happening now.

As she couldn’t sleep anymore, she got up and went to the couch. She wanted to check on Rekka. Still, after seeing his sleepy face, she got a bit flustered…. It was obviously because he was handsome but even more was because he looked helpless in this state. Only after sitting down did she see that he was only wearing shorts.

Since the season was hot and the mansion was obviously not air conditioned, Rekka had slept like this. But seeing a man dressed like that only made Rose look with fluster…

Doesn't he have any shame!? How can he sleep like that!

She thought that, though she was the one wearing rather provocative lingerie. Thankfully the room was pitch black and there was no reason to over react now.

She sat on the ground close to the couch. Even with all her complaints, she was too interested to go back to the bed and sleep like nothing happened. She was a late bloomer. After getting closer to the couch, she unconsciously used her hands to touch Rekka’s chest. As if uncovering the truth of the universe, she got flustered and panicked…. 

“What am I even doing! Touching a man when he is sleeping!” she couldn’t hold her excited feelings. Still touching the chest, she hovered around Rekka’s body touching his chest and even his abs… since his body had gone through strict training, it was at its peak. 

“Hah… hah… It’s hard….” Of Course she was talking about Rekha's chest and abs. It was to her favour that Rekka was a dead sleeper. If he had woken up and seen the now Rose, he would have thought that it was certainly one of his fantasies. Rose was panting from getting too stimulated. She was red from embarrassment too. 

“It feels completely different from my body… sniff sniff…. I hate to say this but… he really does smell good…” 

Long ago Leila had said that Rekka smelled good, hearing that, Rose thought that Leila had said something outrageous…. And she thought it was all because of Rekka and she despised him for that, how dare that bastard make her beloved High miss say something so vulgar.. 

But now her curiosity made her do the same. She felt like she had become a depraved woman…. Her knightley pride broke if only a little.

“This perverted man is even making me do perverted things!” Of Course Rekka was asleep and it was completely Rose’s own fault. But in this situation that was the only straw she could catch.

After dawdling over the couch long enough that she had already photographed Rekka’s upper body in her mind, she tried to leave only to get in a bind. It was a bad habit of Rekka’s. 

In his sleep, he took hold of anything and used it like a body pillow. Now in that state, Rose didn’t even know how she was in this situation. The grabbing in sleep probably had been passed down from his granny holding him for dear life in his earlier days.

“Ah! I can’t call him now…. He will think that I came to him at night! What do I do!!!!” 

“Since…. I did something bad to him… I guess this is a punishment from god.” any other time she would have made a ruckus to get out of this bind but it seems that she was quite tolerant this time since she was touching Rekka… as if this was the best outcome for her now, she stayed that way glued to Rekka while panting….. 

Both of them were wearing less clothing making a lot of body contact, if that wasn’t enough, Rekka hugged her without any restraints, unconsciously he put a lot of pressure making them stick close enough to think that they were glued together. 

Just when she thought she was going to go asleep even with all that stimulation at play, Rekka let go and she fell from the couch to the ground.

THUD!

“ouch….!”

Breaking out of the trance, she was a bit irritated but suddenly she felt relieved. After standing up she went to the bed and fell asleep…… sadly that night even though Rekka did nothing. Rose felt as if she had lost her pride as a knight.

And the fault was her own…..
