Nathan raised an eyebrow as he looked at her, he thought that something was wrong.
Valerie was not looking at him with hate, and she was not using her rude and arrogant tone to talk to him as well.
Neither she was glaring at him and neither she had taunted him till now.
So he asked, “where is Skylar?”
Valerie didn’t answer immediately and sighed, “I have no idea.”
Nathan smiled, “so did you and he had a fight? Well, this is shocking. I thought that you two were a perfect, inseparable couple.”
Valerie folded her arms before her chest before she looked at Nathan, “how is the investigation going? Have you received any leads from the organization?”
