OLIVIA I slip out of bed and quietly walk to my bedroom window to pull the blinds, the outside revealing the orange, pink, and purple hues painted across the sky by the rising sun. I get into a pair of leggings, a tank top, and trainers, ready to resume my daily training sessions-a routine I abandoned years ago. Being at the training center yesterday reminded me of just how much I enjoyed training every day as a cadet, and working out every morning when I quit being a cadet.
