Chapter 20: Destiny in South Wilberra
The construction of the mall in South Wilberra is continuously being monitored. Governor Anderson Hilton is strictly monitoring it until its scheduled date of completion, which is 3 years from now. Mr. Andrew James is allocating a lot of money for this mall project and he trusts Gov. Anderson Hilton will not disappoint him and continually support him.
More and more construction workers are being hired to expedite the building of the mall and to meet the target date. Several trees were eliminated and various changes have occurred in the construction site. The improvements are noticeable also even to the citizens.
