Chapter 34 - Hope
"She's the most beautiful thing ever." Diana took Hope into her arms with tears in her eyes. Leo and Elena stood there sadly.
"Isn't she beautiful?" Diana asked, looking into her beautiful daughter's eyes. Those same blue eyes Myles had. But these glassy blue eyes couldn't meet Diana's green ones.
"Yes, Diana. She's adorable." Elena spoke up.
"She's so cute too." Diana laughed and the tears fell.
"Yes. Just like her mother."
"Yes. Just like the mother shall never be able to see with her beautiful blue eyes." Diana broke into tears holding Hope closer.
Leo walked over to calm her down.
"She won't be able to see how much love shines in my eyes for her. She won't be able to see the love in my eyes. She won't." Diana cried and they didn't know what to say.
