Hunter had a carefree smile and a laid-back atmosphere around him.
I don't know how, but he has been able to charm his way into the heart of everyone at the office, even though he wasn't part of the pack.
Instead of fearing him like I thought they would, they respect him; instead of avoiding him because of his alpha wolf, they look up to him almost as though he were a role model they needed to learn from.
This made me feel lost and drained with thoughts on how others could see a certain goodness in Hunter that I wasn't aware of.
I would like to believe that he was only pretending to get everyone working in my team to like him, but the sincerity of his words and the warm expression on his face that suddenly made him more attractive didn't seem as though he was
