  Olivia POV   Everything about Adam Brooks lacks warmth. Everything except for the sweetness of his coffee.   I didn't take him as a guy who would use milk and sugar. It didn't show in his personality and sharp appearance.   And even now, as I sit opposite him in a cafe while he takes a sip of his coffee.   It seems as though the man before me has learned to hide his preferences for the things he likes, as though he had a treasure box he kept in his heart, hidden, locked away from others.
