“It was emotional for everyone who knew Celia.” Ash replied, staring supportively at Brianna through the car rear view mirror.
Ash removed a hair strand from Bella’s face, and gently stroked her cheek. She cried a lot at the ceremony. She kept apologizing to Celia’s parents and sister. But Celia’s family was so gracious. They had to scold her from apologizing and they reminded her over and over again that she was just a victim and that their daughter loved her very much and always talked about Bella and their time together.
“I still think it is too dangerous to go camping given that the attackers are still on the loose.” Grumbled Josh.
“Bella wants to go to Lake Tahoe because this is where Celia wanted to bring you during the summer. But no one is forcing you to come with us.” Ash repli
