Aria’s pov Shame has a way of making you feel small. As someone who grew up never really feeling enough, the hurt and shame I felt from Damian’s words have stuck with me. Even days later I can’t face Damian without remembering the pain I felt in his office. Today I’m meant to attend a meeting alongside him and the others. I look at my reflection in the mirror.
