Carmela's POV Carmela stood in front of her full-length mirror, taking in her reflection. Excitement bubbled inside her, making her eyes sparkle more than usual. She placed her hands on her hips, tilting her head slightly as she examined her outfit. "Today is finally the daaaaay!" she sang out, unable to contain her enthusiasm. "I am so excited to see Jay." Her heart pounded just at the thought of him. She knew—deep down—that after she returned his hoodie, their connection would most likely end. After today, they would go back to being strangers.
