I got down from the bike went round the building to the enterance and dashed into the building to get the coffe Cian had ordered, I went over to the pretty lady I saw at at the counter. '' Hi can I get a cup of black ivory coffee?'' I asked her. '' Yes ma'am. Coming right up'' she said as she took my order and went to prepare the coffee.When she was done she gave it to me and I gave her twenty dollas and asked her to keep the change. I walked fast out of the building and saw the handome man on the power bike waiting for me, I hopped on the bike and put on the helmet and he went off with speed. '' That was fast, I bet your boss won't fire you cause you have beaten the time'' The bike man said said to me. '' Not really, I'm very late and I just hope I don't get fired'' I said to him and with that he increased his speed and I wasso happy he just did that but also scared of falling off though i was holding on to him so tight. In less than four minutes we were already in front of the building, I rushed down immediately kept the helmet and appreciated him for his help wanted walking away when he held my hands. '' Sorry I didn't get your name Miss'' he said to me. Well, that's because I didn't give it '' I knew I sounded rude but I didn't care I just wanted to get this coffee in hand to Cian so I don't lose my job. I pulled my hands away from his and started walking straight ahead into the building I was trying to walk really fast when he called out his name to me. South Evans'' he shouted out before I could turn to look at him he had powered his power bike and zoomed off, I then started to run inside up to the stairs ignoring everyone looking at me wondering why I was running helplessly inside an extablishment but I didn't care neither did I stop till I got to where Cian was and handed his coffee to him. Oh Selena you're five minutes thirty-two seconds late'' he said looking down to his watch on his hand. I was so scared of what to say, '' I'm really sorry sir it won't happen again I promise'' I said that trembling. '' Oh my dear it hapen again cause I'll fire you next time no mercy, by the way I hope it's black coffe I mean Ivory black?' he asked as he held the cup of coffe up to his mouth to drink. I just noded my head to answer him. ''You can go now'' he said and I turned to leave when he spoke again. '' Be careful Selena, I've got my eyes on you''.Cian then calld Levi who was at the otherside of the room holding a camera to come meet him in his office as he walked out to the room to his office gently and Levi followed him behind. Shot the door behind you'' Cian said to Levi as when he got to his office andsat down. '' I need your help with something'' Cian said to Levi. '' Okay sir'' Levi replied him. '' I want you to put an eye on her.... I mean Selena and her whole family and the properties the own everything you can lay your hands on that belongs to them even the least animal the own'' He said to Levi. '' Alright sir, I have to go down town to investigate them then'' '' I will get an investigator here in New York to work with you and I'll be needing fast feed backs, 'cause I don't trust her to work here and I need something to treaten her with incase she decides to leave'' cain siad to Levi thn stood up from his car to make a phone call. He spoke for five minutes on the phone to a Mr Luca Ross who was one of the best investigators in the NYPD, Cian expalin to him how he needed his services and how urgent it was.After a week working here I began to get used to the whole environment and people except Cian who was just so difficult to deal with since I was his secetary, he gave me lots of work to do and sent me on plenty errands which were unneccessary. I felt how much he despised me but I knew deep down he still had little feelings for me he just want to show me he was incharge and I understood that. Days past and I noticed Levi was't around at the office and I faired he was fired or maybe something bad had happened to him but I still couldn't ask. Only if I knew what he was up to, him and the invesigator had gone down town to investigate on my family and our properties they pretented to be farm workers trying to help my mother at the farm and asked a whole lot of questions, followed my mother home pretending to help her with her farm produce and the saw and heard a lot by asking around pretnding to be curious strangers in town and the pracically knew everything my family had.Cians phone rings and it was Levi calling. Yes Levi, what do you have for me?'' Cain asked Levi on the phone. We have gotten all the necessary information about Selena and her family'' Levi replied Cian. He then went on to tell Cian about the farm lands my mother had bought a year ago to cultivate corn and cotton, corn storage, the little cotton factory own by her father,the local boutique mother works at and the farm trucks she owns. Is that all you've got Levi'' Cian asked him. No sir there's one other thing,it's about Selena'' Levi said and kept silent for some seconds. I knew there was somethin about her that doen't sit right'' Cian said out loud amd happy. Sir she has a child at home down town a girl she's four, we asked around and heard she isn't married never got married but gave birth to the little girl out of wedlock'' Levi explain to Cian.Cian ended the call and put his phone down, he stood up from his chair and began to paced up and down his office, he was so shocked about what he just found out about Selena and wondered how and when it all happened. He felt bad for her but now has something to treaten her with.Cian called called Selena on the cell phone and asked her to come urgently to his office. She stood up from her desk and walked fast into his office and he was standing next to the shelf in his office. Shut the door behind you Selena'' Cian said to her with an authoritative voice. Yes sir'' replied and shut the door right behind her when she got in. I do not trust you, maybe it's 'cause of your past but i'm just worried but I need you to work for me and I can't fire you maybe whn you steal from this company I might'' Cian spoke to her arrogantly. I don't really need you to trust me, I'm here to work for the company and you thats all nothing personal'' she answered him in a rude manner without adding sir. Well that's the attitude I'm talking about, I'm trying to help your sorry ass with a job so you can feed your bastard child and you're giving me attitude and don't address me with out sir I remind you again'' he siad to her raising his voce. what... Sir what child are you talking about?'' he asked him. I know everything about you selena and your family also I know you had a girl four years ago and she leaves with your mother and also all the properties your family ownes, from the farm lands,fathers cotton factory your mum still works at the local boutique and the farm lands she owns. How did you get to know about all that Sir?'' she asked him politely but with anger. I investigate my workers Selena to prevent robbery in my company, you see I trust no one'' he said laughing knowing he was getting her angry. '' Please leave my family out of this, I know you dislike me right now and about my past why can't you just leave to to go'' she questioned his actions. I don't know if you're still that girl you were year ago and if you try anything just know I'll confisticate all your family properties and also your child as collateral damage, just warning you more of a treat Selena because no one messes with my business''. I will make sure I take everything your family owns if you disobey me or disrespect me 'cause I know you need this job to support your family'' he siad to her knowing she was goimg to turn back to either beg or look at him.I thenturn with tears now running down her cheeks. I beg you sir I will never disrespect or disobey you just leave my family alone'' she begged. Then fine, it's a deal then'' he said with a smile then walked back to sit.I kept wondering how he got to know about the child and it was too soon to find out, hope he doesn't know he is the father and I wouldn't want him to find out that's my secret to keep.
