" I'm sure I've been making you really uncomfortable with my eyes well I came to check on you when I saw you pacing up and down your office and when I came you were out so I decided to stay and keep you company so you won't get bored writing your proposal as I noticed you are still struggling with" he then stopped and continued after some seconds.

"I can actually help you because I'm done with the one Mr Evans asked me to write about and it looks like you actually don't know what you're writing you seem confused here" , he said as he leans towards her laptop.

" Ha ha ha" Stacey laughed out loud and said" I don't need your help Mr and please leave my office I need to concentrate".

"Oh you mean I'm a distraction I actually thought no man could distract the Boss lady herself, you know I've actually been asking of you and it seems like everyone respects you or rather fears you" he said that laughing.

" Why have you been asking of me and what are you typing on my system stop it" she shouted at him.

" Oh lady don't shout at me I'm just trying to help you out here or your black woman ego won't let you need help just let me do this for you then you agree on the date" south said raising one brow up and here I'm done it's not meant to take too much time.

She was trying to stop him when he stood up and held her on her arms and she trembled .

"Haven't you been touched by a man before'' he asked her and she replied him " I have but not by annoying ones like you".

''Just accept my request I don't want to make enemies here I came in peace and I want to go in peace I just want to make friends I don't want to be lonely you know, one date with a gentle guy won't hurt''. At that moment when he kept on talking she wished he could hold her in his arms and she thought of the date but let it flash out she kept looking at the way his lips moved as he spoke and she wanted him to kiss her but she let go of herself from his tight grip on her arms and closed her laptop put it inside her bag carried her car keys and headed for the door.

" I know I just did something to your body well I'm not sorry you body reacted that way to me but don't forget our date on thursday that will be tomorrow I'll be waiting for your reply''. She didn't look back she kept going till she got to the elevator but he followed her behind walking so fast to catch up with her, they both got into the elevator and he pressed the elevator botton for the last floor down and they were both silent. Stacey kept using her phone trying to ignore his presence and watching the videos Zoey and Olivia had sent to her and she felt bad she couldn't make it to this months girls out.

" Missing out huh?, you could still make it or still come have a drink with me or dinner maybe instead of you going home and probably taking a night snack cuddling with your pet dog and being alone" South said that as he scoffs.

"Uhmm who told you I had a pet dog and how are you sure I'm gonna be alone tonight huh?, I guess being alone with a pet dog and night snacks are the best" Stacey said taking her eyes off her phone now looking straight towards him.

" Well you practically just told me you had a pet dog now and I saw a picture of you with your pet dog in your office and about you being alone, that I'm sure about you being single, well that's what Mr Evans and Jane said".

" Oh I can see you're really asking around about me huh?. From the whole boss lady thing to this now that's really snicky and annoying you know, and why please?".

" Just wanted knowing more about the who I'm actually going to be working with day and night for the next four months, I wanted to know if you were married or not so I don't get too attached and make a wrong move". He said still looking at her.

" Nice Mr South I think you've already made a wrong move by flirting with me on your face day at work here" She replied him

" You should quit calling me Mr South we don't need to be official just call me South since we're already friends " he said.

" Okay South, but we ain't friends we're just colleagues for the main time and still strangers" as she said that the elevator got to the last floor down and the door opened and she walked out elegantly know he was still starring at her. She kept walking straight to where he car was packed and she knew he followed her behind.

" I guess I'm free then to still make the wrong moves on you since we're just colleagues for four months and nothing more then" he said that as he got closer to her before she could get into her car.

" It's so funny how I don't know what you mean by wrong moves, guess we're on different pages" as she said that she started her car to drive out.

" Just one date won't hurt or just a drink " he said that gesturing with his hands wide out apart, but she had already drove off. Then he said to himself

" She's being difficult, but I'll get her".

" God I hate this guy, who does he think he is and I won't go on a date with him I can't he is a distraction" she kept murmuring as she drove out of the premises.
