Olivia ended up leaving the house angrily. And I was not dumb not to know why she had done that. To her, I had made a fool out of her in the presence of a maid by refusing her order in the first place.
As much as I was foolish for audibly trying to save Elena from Olivia's wrath, it didn't change the fact that I was happy. Elena had saved me from another moment of being sexually forced into doing what I wasn't ready to do.
