“Don't let her go.” Elian's voice flew past me like an arrow in the wind
My legs suddenly developed minds of their own as I outran the guards that tried to stop me.
I looked down at my feet in surprise, I was a good runner, but I wouldn't say I was fast enough to outrun multiple guards at once.
My other escape attempts were always futile because I always got caught
