I wasn't supposed to be surprised at the fact that Leila was not home yet. After all, she had suddenly taken it up as a habit. She would always leave the house all in the name of hanging out with friends. I didn't want to suspect that there was something going on. Neither did I want to think too hard about it because it was beginning to glare hard enough.
Probably if she had been doing all these without missing out on her duties to her alpha, I wouldn't be bothered about it.
