Chapter 24: A Hunt and Plans

THIRD PERSON POV::

It has been a few months since the wedding and induction as Alexis as the new Queen.

The construction of the castle is still ongoing, but is going slower than anticipated. Most of the resources have been used to find Celestia and to protect Alexis from being harmed. There has been not a trace of this witch since she left vowing to harm Alexis.

During this time Alexis has been going to both castles for meetings and to spend time with both families. She has also been having private meetings with Crystal and her mom out back of the cottage. She has also been working out and training more.

Gentri and Warin have grown to like each other. At first they did not like each other at all. Alexis decided they needed to spar in order to get closer and understand each other better. After that very intense sparring session, they have been almost like brothers.

Alexis has been getting anxious and depressed. She has been hearing about Caitlyn going through heat now 3 times. All 3 times it lasted 6 days. 6 days she couldn’t contact her sister. Caitlyn had not gone through heat until the day they left the cottage. The doctors believe it was due to the spells our mom put on us. It suppressed everything. Which is why it took over a year before she went through heat. She was beginning to worry that Maverick would leave her, which everyone else knew that would never happen. Maverick has been addicted to Caitlyn since the day he saw her when he picked them up in the human village. He would never let her go. Although they were both excited she went through heat, she has yet to get pregnant. Each time Caitlyn goes through heat, it has been making Alexis upset she hasn’t gone through it yet. However, Alexis is more concerned about her sister and is anxiously awaiting a niece of nephew whenever the moon goddess blessed her with one.

DIMITRI’S POV::

Pacing my office.

I am beyond livid!

How have we not found that evil b***h who wants to harm Alexis?

She almost killed her last time..

I simply cannot rest until she is DEAD!!

A slight knock on the door brings me back to the present.

Silence..

“Alexis, my sweet little dove. Please come in.” I softly say.

She is the only one who knocks and waits for an answer before entering.

In she walks as beautiful as ever. Her hair is down and flowing, she is wearing a red dress that clings her curves and flows at the end.. With tights that beg to be ripped off.. Paired with black knee high boots…

She is so unbelievably sexy to me. I just cannot get enough of her.

She walks up to me slowly, allowing me to drink her in..

She stops a foot away from me. I reach out and pull her hard to my body. Inhaling her delicious scent. It relaxes me but also turns me on… I put my finger under her chin and tilt her head up to kiss me. I gently kiss her lips and then kiss her forehead.

“What do I owe the honor of your presence my sweet Queen Alexis?” I ask.

“With Christmas next week. I was just curious if the preparations for my family to come visit was arranged?” She asks and I can hear her nervousness in her tone.

“Yes my sweet little dove. The preparations are near completion…” I pause, kiss her forehead once more, and then walk to my desk while holding her hand. I quickly pull out the blueprints.. The edited blue prints. Samual and I have come to an agreement that Alexis is not to see the final blue prints. It will be a surprise to her..

As I lay the blueprints down I begin to explain it to her.

“You see this?” I point at a spot. She nods. “This is where we will have a large common area with couches and all kinds of things. More or less it will be like a giant living room.” I look at her and see that she is so engrossed with the blueprints that I continue.

“This?” I point at an other section. “This is where there is a small little kitchen. It is not a full service kitchen, but has all of the basic needs anyone would need.. A fridge, stove, sink, and counters. The basics.” I pause and she nods still staring at the plans.

“This?” I point again. “This is the area where people can eat. We will have it set up for our meals before they are here. Isabella is in charge of that portions.. But you can see the kitchen is directly connected to the small dinning room.” She nods.

I point to the next area. “This area, the opposite side of the wing is where the bedrooms are located.. Each have a king size bed, a desk, dresser, walk-in closet, and bathroom. There are 9 rooms. 4 here, 4 here, and 1 on the end.” She nods happily.

“But what about the main kitchen and dinning hall? We cannot expect everyone to eat in this room when the castle is finished?” She exclaims.

I smiled. I knew what she was trying to do. No way is she allowed to know anything else at the moment. I pull her into my arms and set her on my desk.

“You sure are sneaky…” I tease her.

Her face starts to turn red.

I move closer to where I am now standing between her legs. I pull her to me and kiss her lips with a sense of desire. Almost as if I am going to die and this is the last time I can kiss her..

Soon her hands are in my hair. As my tongue explores her mouth she lets out a small moan.

I quickly hike up her dress and pull my pants down.

“Dim.. We ca..” she starts to say just as I bury myself inside of her. She tries her best to not scream out by biting her lips.

“Anyone could have just walked in and seen!” She exclaims in a hushed tone.

I just shrug and smirk at her.

Causing her to roll her eyes.

“You ready to go?” I ask her reaching my hand out.

She nods and walks to take my hand.

I pull her close and kiss the side of her head.

“I cannot wait for my family to come visit! Can we stay in one of the guest rooms while they are here?” She asks looking up at me.

I smile. “Of course. I already have one set up for us.”

She smiles back and kisses my cheek. “Thank you.”

“Anything for my little dove.” I respond.
