CHAPTER 82 ANGELA The next morning, Damian was different. Not dramatically. If I didn't know him, I probably wouldn't have noticed. But I knew him. He usually called me before I got to the office. That morning, he didn't. When I finally called him during lunch, he answered on the second ring. “Hi.” His voice was calm.
