I only managed a couple of hours sleep before I found myself awake and restless. Osiah’s blood-red outline with flecks of dancing silver laying peacefully beside me is something I’ve quickly become accustomed to. Now I can’t imagine ever looking over and not seeing it. Slowly I turn on my side, getting bunched up in the shirt Osiah gave me to wear. I’m literally swimming in the thing, but I don’t mind, especially since it smells so perfectly of him. That’s my favourite thing about being here. Being surrounded by his glorious, explosive scent. I just want to bask in it forever. The way it makes me feel light and content is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.
