The Ryujin clan had been making threats against Kaito for months. They had been sending messengers and emissaries, demanding that the village surrender and swear fealty to the Ryujin lord.
But the villagers of Kaito were not afraid. They had lived in these mountains for generations, and they knew that they could defend themselves against any threat. They had a strong sense of community and a deep connection to the land.
