Cheryl waited in hallway with Roy Silver standing next to her. She was grateful that he hadn’t shown her the disco scene again. It was too early for dance music, and she desperately needed the brain space to think. She hadn’t seen Mr. Duncan since he fled into his apartment when she asked him about Roy Silver the day before.
