Chapter Two EVEN though the music was driving her insane, the disco beat infected every move she made. Cheryl couldn’t help but bounce a bit as she walked up the stairs to her apartment. She was due to start a shift on the psychic hotline soon, but hoped to get some rest first. If only this music would leave her alone. She was disappointed to see him standing on the landing.
