Another day at school again. Presently I was standing before my classroom door ready to push in when I heard the voice of Jaxen so I looked over my shoulder to find him standing besides me.

"Hey Ash" he immediately Engulfed me in a hug.

"How are you Jaxen?" I asked while breaking the hug.

"I'm fine. so I just figured out that you and Cole are neighbor's, Are you aware of that?" He asked and I nodded.

"wow, then why does he hate you?" Jaxen asked.

"He does?" I questioned, I felt my heart hurt a little. Why would he hate me.

"you spilled your food on him" Damn my subconscious.

"Yeah" he said.

"Well I dont care, he is a stupid ugly boy. With an ear as big as an elf" I said.

"Ash..." I cut him short and continued cursing Cole "And stupid green ball for eyes, he is very ugly if you asked me and he...." I was cut short by a masculine male voice which I would never fail to recognize.

"Jaxen, let's go to class" Cole sent me a very deadly glare. I could feel my legs fail me as I almost my balance due to shock. He heard me, that was certain from the way he eyed me.

"I was trying to tell you to keep shut" Jaxen said.

"Whatever, bye Jaxen" I gave him a hug before making my way into the class where I greeted Miss Olivia and walked over to Madi and the rest of the girls.

"You look great today" Ema said and I passed her a dashing smile and focused my attention on the class after waving at Madi and the rest.

Presently we were outside and seated on the bench in the cafeteria where we were having lunch. As usual Madi ordered the usual.

"So guys I have great news for you all" Madi said Happily.

"What is it?" The girls quired.

"My dad said we can use his penthouse for our slumber party" Madi said and the girls immediately started squealing happily.

"OMG! I need new PJ's" Brie said. I was actually lost, so I just kept staring at them.

"Ashley you are invited too. We had planned this slumber party a month ago. I hope you can make it?" Madi asked.

"Uhm... I'll ask my dad if I can" I said and Madison nodded.

"Alright girls we have some plans to go over, we have four extra guest coming over so we have to make sure we also order their preference too. How about we add Coke to the list?" Madi asked.

"Coke is good for me" The girls said in unison.

"we are settled then. But I'll have to ask our guest what they would also love to have" Madi said and we all gave a slight nod. The bell rang and we all had to retire for class, where we had an amazing time talking about Music.

School was over and I was presently waiting for my dad at the stairs where I always stood. "Hey" A familiar masculine voice said and I turned to find Jaxen staring at me with a smile on his face.

"Hey, why are you still around?. You go earlier than this" I said. I've never seen Jaxen go home by this time, he always moved immediately the bell Rang.

"Well, Cole is in detention" Jaxen said "And I have to wait for him" He sighed.

"Detention" I chuckled "What crime did he commit?" I asked.

"He got a tattoo done on his neck" he said.

"And how is that bad?" I asked. Back in my old school, stuffs like that were overlooked.

"Well..." Before he could complete his statement, I saw my father's car drive in.

"Gotta go Jaxen, I will talk to you tomorrow" I gave him a light hug and ran off. I opened the car and Immediately sat down.

"Good evening dad" I pecked him on his cheeks.

"Good evening my love, who was that gentleman you were speaking to?" My dad questioned.

"A friend. He is very nice" I said.

"Wow, I would love to meet all your friends some day" he said.

"And about my friends, my Friends invited me over to a slumber party at her place. I was wondering if I could go?" I asked. I gave him a cute puppy dog face.

"Of course my love, you can" My dad said and I immediately engulfed him in a hug.

"When is the slumber party?, and are you all girls?" He asked.

"yeah duhhh, slumber parties are for girls. Guys have bro night" I said and my dad Chuckled "And I do not know when we are having it, probably tomorrow I guess. But to be sure, may I borrow your phone?" I asked and he passed it to me. I immediately took a phone book from my bag where Madi's number was engrossed in. I gave her a call and she picked it up on the second ring.

"Hey Madi, it's Ashley. And guess what?" I immediately asked.

"Hey Ash, how are you?. And I hate guessing, so tell me" she said.

"I'm doing great, and my dad just agreed to let me attend your slumber party. So when is it?" I asked.

"Tonight" she said.

"Tonight?, Oh my God. How will I get there, send me the Address on my phone" I said.

"Alright" she said.

"Thank you bye" I said. Click.

"so it's tonight" my dad said. We had already arrived at our house so I got down from the car along with him.

"Yeah it's tonight" I said.

"Well no problem, I'll have a driver take you there. Anything you need, don't fail to tell me. I'll be off to work now" he pecked my forehead and turned arround to walk away.

"Dad" I called and he halted.

"Yes my love" he said.

"Thank you" I smiled at him.

"You're welcome, now go get ready. It's Almost six" he said and I nodded and walked away.

On getting into my room, I took a warm Vanilla Buble bath and got dressed for the slumber party. I wore a black jeans trouser and a plain white shirt, when I get there I'll change into my PJ's.

On reaching for my phone on the lamp stand, I turned it on and saw a notification on w******p from Madi.

"Wes James Apartment, Third floor, block 45" Madi texted the address.

"Thank you" I texted back and immediately called my dad.

"Hey Dad" I said. "When is the driver getting here?" I asked.

"He has been outside since, have fun my love" my dad said before hanging up.

I looked at myself in the mirror and arranged my hair behind my back, before picking up my bag which had all my necessities in it. I walked downstairs and walked out the door, I knew the maids will be around to lock the door so I didn't bother to.

On getting into the car, I gave the driver the Address and he drove me there in a jiff. I thanked him and made my way out and headed into the building. I took the elevator to the third floor where it was easy to locate block 45, which I knocked on and waited for a response.

"Ashley, I'm glad you made it" Madi engulfed me in a hug.

"I'm glad I did too" I said as she led me in where I met the greatest shock of my life, Cole was seated on the couch and staring at his phone with a neutral expression. And not just Cole, his group of friends were as well. Including Jaxen who Immediately smiled at me.
