Chapter 329: Still Just a Coincidence?
Melissa Ernest came to the bedroom, but Frederic Howard had not yet emerged. She walked straight to the balcony, her eyes gazing into the distance. If it was a coincidence at the company earlier, would tonight be another coincidence?
When Frederic Howard came out and didn't see Melissa Ernest, he went to the bedside and found her standing on the balcony. He approached and pulled her into his arms. Lost in thought, Melissa Ernest stiffened when she felt his movement, but soon relaxed.
"Are you done with your bath?"
Frederic Howard rested his head on her shoulder, nuzzling her neck. "Mm, what were you thinking about? You were so deep in thought that you didn't even notice me coming."
