Chapter 33: You Are So Sweet
"I'm feeling a bit unwell, I need to go to the bathroom. You can sleep a little longer," Melissa Ernest said as she got up, preparing to get out of bed.
Frederic Howard held her back, "Wait a moment." He then got out of bed, put on her shoes, picked her up horizontally, and carried her to the bathroom. After putting her down and closing the door, he waited outside. When she came out, he carried her back to the bed. "Wait here, I'll have Aunt make some porridge for you."
"Just a moment, I should... I should go back to my room! It wouldn't be good if Aunt and the others found out," Melissa Ernest said, trying to get up.
"It's okay, they will find out eventually. Be a good girl and listen to me," Frederic Howard kissed her forehead and made her lie down.
