On this day, Frederic Howard was handling documents in his study when the phone rang. He picked it up and saw that it was Tim.

"Ouyang, a renowned psychology professor from the United States will be visiting our city tomorrow. He'll be here for about a week. Can you make some time? I can arrange for you to take Miss Ernest to see him," Tim's voice came through the line.
