"Uh-huh." Melissa Ernest nodded and pushed open the office door, only to see Frederic Howard back at his desk working again.
"Why don't you go to the lounge and rest for a while? No overtime tonight. I'll finish up early, and we can head home together. I've already told Afei," Frederic Howard said, recognizing her by the lightness of her footsteps.
"Uh-huh." Melissa Ernest placed the cup within her reach, then turned and left to find Evan Hicks in the assistant's office.
"Mr. Li, do you have an extra tablet I could use?" Melissa Ernest asked, knocking on the open door.
"Yes, here, take this one," he replied, handing her a tablet from his desk.
"Thank you, I'll return it after work," she said, then went back to the president's office, sitting
