"Miss Ernest, thank you for saving this old woman's life. Is there anything else that's still bothering you?" The elderly lady walked to the bedside, bending slightly with a kind look on her face.
"There's no need for such formality, Grandma. I would have done the same for anyone. Please don't worry; I'm feeling much better now. The doctor said I can be discharged in a few days," Melissa Ernest replied softly, her voice even more subdued as she felt a bit awkward after hearing Frederic Howard introduce their identities.
Hearing her words, the three members of the Wen family flashed a hint of guilt, but quickly composed themselves.
