"It"s going to be all right," Thoth promised as we made our way to the entrance. I nodded, sure he was telling the truth, but nervous all the same. The last time I"d been within the temple walls, I"d been little more than a prisoner. A small part of me worried that would be the case again. I didn"t think it would be Thoth who betrayed me, I trusted him with my heart and soul. Ra, on the other hand... It was best not to think about it until I was face to face with the sun god.
