The cool waters lap against my sun-warmed skin. On the one hand, it was glorious to be bathing in the Nile and to feel the power of the water throughout my entire body. On the other, it was more obvious than ever that something was seriously wrong. I couldn"t put my finger on precisely what it was, but the river felt off.
