No Regrets

217 Words
These poems aren't in a specific order. I have no idea why this one was first in this journal. I used to write these in separate journals. I can tell you right now, 18 years is nothing in comparison with what I am currently going through.  Know that support is out there and if you need to reach out. I will listen. Through my mind I see the past Eighteen years has gone so fast I look back at the obstacles and trials That stretch of my life goes on for miles I know I must look forward in life Even though there is more strife. There will be more tears More admitting my fears But along with the bad That makes me so mad At the end of every trial There is something worth while Though through the trials it will always be tough Sometimes smooth, but mostly rough Looking back through it all I see Everything I have gone through has made me, me So I say this with pride I will no longer hide I will stand up and shout With these words escaping my mouth 'Come what may!' 'I am no longer afraid!' So at the end of every day I can laugh, smile, and say I live my life with no regrets.
