Milo’s POV   We’ve started to hit this strained, painful time in our lives where time seems to simultaneously move way too fast and not fast enough. I want it to slow down, of course, for Harper’s sake. I want her to have the time she needs to process the question she’s being asked and the decision she has to make. But a part of me also just wants time to move faster.  We’re still eight months out from Harper’s eighteenth birthday, and I’m not sure how many more news stories I can take of her lighting the world on fire. I’m not sure how much more I can take of her not being with us. She checks in, of course.
