Stephan POV:
To tell the truth, I was baffled by Jane’s reaction to my sister’s presence from the very first minute. The gracious and good-natured Jane acted like an unmannered cold woman, yet I blamed it on the stress, she has been through a lot lately.
But judging from her earlier reaction, it seems that is more to it, I examine her face trying to understand what is going on in that pretty little head of hers.
Was that jealousy?
I wish I teased her more, if so. I am f*****g curious of the reaction she would have had if I had brought another woman here with us.
“I ask you again, who did you think she was?” I confront her, it’s very important to know what she is feeling.
