The news came as a thunderclap to the school. Emily wasn't still at school and I heard some kids say that her mom was hyperactive and she had freaked out, I heard more the following morning as soon as I entered the school hallways. There were worried looks, whispered voices and quick looks as if everyone was searching for a shadow.
