A Frightened City
Toirouge is the easternmost city of the Imperial Main. It has basic coastal defenses against invading ships and is a stronghold for the Imperial Navy. It is situated on top of high cliffs making a naval assault impossible. The three sides of the city are surrounded by dense forests, making its assault an uphill battle. In order to save manpower, the Coalition Fleet sends two brigs and a frigate to capture the city. One of those brigs is the ship where Josh and his party mates are crewmembers. The city is on the western side of a crescent-shaped island. The brigs dock directly on the west side, while the frigate’s forces disembark on the center of the crescent. Their strategy is to divide the city’s already reduced Imperial Navy forces into two by making them fight on two fronts. In this b
