Flashback to 18 years old
Jessica and I just graduated high school and I couldn't be happier with life. I have the love of my life and a diploma in hand. We have been dating since junior year and I am still surprised she chose to be my girlfriend. She is beautiful and smart and I see the way everyone looks at her. The boys want her and girls want to be her. Luckily, that high school nonsense is now over and we have our entire life ahead of us. My plan is to attend college to become a veterinarian and work part-time at a vet as a receptionist or something in the meantime. I want to save enough money in order to afford an apartment for the two of us. Then, on our 5th year anniversary, I want to propose to her. By then, I should be done with college and have my dream job.
