Scarlett pushed herself upright and rubbed her temples. The movement only made the dizziness worse. "What did Derek put in the wine?"
"A substantial dose of midazolam," Lucien said flatly.
Her voice remained calm. "Call the police for me. I also need to go to the hospital for an examination so we can preserve evidence."
