Kaidus's words hung in the air, a promise of something more. Lyrik's heart raced with excitement as she searched his eyes, seeking confirmation. And then, without another word, Kaidus leaned in, his lips meeting Lyrik's in a gentle, yet passionate kiss.
The world around them melted away, leaving only the two of them, lost in the moment. Lyrik felt like she was home, like she had finally found where she belonged. And as they pulled back, gasping for air, she knew that she would never let go of this feeling.
