Chapter Fifteen To his relief, Qadim was able to find a New Mexico state map in the hotel’s library. It was crinkled and somewhat worn, but still readable. As far as he could tell, the little town of Chama lay almost due north from Albuquerque, a little more than one hundred and fifty miles as the crow flies. Getting to Chama would only be the first of his problems, however. The real difficulty would be finding Hasan and — hopefully — Madison once he got there. Even a small town could have many houses, and from Madison he’d gotten the impression that the area was quite rural, with ranches and compounds on large plots of land.
