Shivani's POV :

I woke up with the sound of my alarm. It was 6: 00 am . I got up and changed to my swimming costume. The water was quiet warm in the pool.

After 1 hour I went to my room and did my routine and got dressed and packed some important documents I had brought.

I went down to see Mahi setting the table with breakfast.

"Morning, Mahi " I said to Mahi .

" Morning" she said while setting the table.

" Aree wah tum toh aaj kamal lag rahi ho"

(Translated : wow you look so beautiful)

" Thank you, Shivi. Sit and have the breakfast. Aur aaj toh tera favorite strawberry bhi Hai." she said while smiling.

( Translated : and today we have your favorite strawberry.)

" wow I love you Mahi."

We sat down and started eating our breakfast. While discussing about the guy who got shot and was admitted yesterday. I was still thinking who was he and got tried to kill him. We finished our breakfast and went to our cars to go to the hospital.

After 20 minutes we reached the hospital and I went to my office after saying bye to Mahi. I as soon as I reached my office I was was shocked to see it all messed up. I called the staffs to ask who did it but they did not knew who did it. Just when I was about to call the police and complain I received a message.

( Message : Doctor you have brought a huge trouble upon yourself by saving him. Now you are our target. You have one option that is to leave this town and go away before we do something to you and your Nurse friend.)

I was so confused who could have messaged me such thing. I don't have any enemy, Then who could have done this. And who is this person talking about in the message. Who have I saved and have brought trouble. Is the person talking about the guy who was shot yesterday and I did his surgery so they are threatening me.

I ran from my office to that guy's room and saw an unknown guy whose face was covered with mask there who was injecting the guy something.

" HEY WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING ?" I shouted and brought that guys attention towards me.

He walked towards me and took out his gun and pointed it at me. I couldn't believe it that this guy has gun . God save me . I stepped back and took a operation knife and attacked the guy but he ran from the room and went out . I immediately went to check the guy who was shot. he was trying to open his eyes and breathing heavily.

" Mr. Rathore , are you fin-" before I could say anything further , someone from back hit on my head with something very hard and everything went dark.

Mahira's POV

I was going to Shivi's office when I heard some noise coming from a patient's room. I went there only to see Shivi lying there on the ground while blood was flowing from her head. I ran towards her and started calling for nurse.

" NURSE ! DOCTOR ! COME HERE FAST "

The staff came there running and they took Shivi to another room. I don't know how to cope with such situation. Who could have tried to harm my Shivi. I was lost in my thoughts when i heard a ping sound on Shivi's phone. there was a message from unknown number.

( Message : Doctor we told you to leave this town but you did not listen to us. Now see you got hurt because of this. )

I felt like I will faint after reading the message. God who is this person who is threatening Shivi. I couldn't breathe there so I came out. and tears started coming down from my eyes. I can't bare to loose Shivi . She is the only one I have in this world. I have to protect her. I can't let anything happen to her. If it is good for us to leave this place then we will leave it. I was lost in my thoughts when a nurse called me telling that Shivi was awake. I rushed to her and hugged her. I couldn't stop my tears from falling.

" Shivi I was scared that something might happen to you." I said hugging her .

Shivani's POV

I woke up to see doctors and nurses around me. Then Mahi came and hugged me while crying.

" Shivi I was scared that something might happen to you." SHE said hugging me.

" Mahi I am fine. Mujhe kuch nahi hua." i said trying to calm her down.

" Shivi , main daar gaye thi pata hai. Mujhe lagaki main tujhe kho dungi."

" Dekho mai thik hu. Tum bekaar mein tension le rahi ho." i said

" Shivi, tune mujhe yeh kyu nahi bata ya ki tujhe koi threat kar raha hai. Dekh ussne tujh par attack kar diya." she said stilling sobbbing.

" Mahi woh text mujhe aaj subha hospital pauch kar mila tha aur tum tab busy thi. Aur jab mai uss patient ke room mein gai toh waha maine ek aadmi ko dekha. woh uss patient ko kuch inject kar raha tha. kya woh patient thik hai abhi. "

" Shivi tu abhi abhi patient ke bare mein soch rahi hai. kya hogya hai tujhe. uss patient ki wajahe se tu khatra mein hai. hum yaha se jaa rahe hain. tere safety ke liye hum mumbai shift honge. hum tere uncle ke saath rahe gaye. hum kaal hi yaha se nikal jaaye gaye."

" Mahi yeh tum kya bol rahi ho . yeh ek chota sa problem hai. hum shift nahi ho sakte."

" Nahi Shivi hum shift ho rahe hain .please maan jao mere liye . please " she said crying.

" Okay , hum shift ho jate hai . par aaj mujhe hospital mein rehene do. main shaam ko aajaungi. "

" thik hai . par time pe aajana." she said before going from there.

As soon as she left I went to Mr. Rathore's room . He was lying there unconscious. I went next to him and started talking to him.

" Mr. Rathore I don't know why I feel so connected to you. please wake up and clears all my doubts and answer my questions. Tell me why those people are behind you. who are you and why did you get shot. And last thing please stop me from going from here. please ." I said while sobbing.

I stood up from there and started going to my office. I packed my stuff from there and went home. I don't know why but I am having a very bad feeling, like something is going to happen. god please help me to chose what I should do .
